Commentaires : I usually send emails to business owners for contract related stuff & it's very important that those email address should be valid as it requires a lot of time to write customized emails.

Avantages :

I like the overall product, like the main reason to use this was to validate my email list & i was able to do that. simplicity is also the feature i like the most.

Inconvénients :

I have only used the trial version & so far everything is good.

Commentaires : Clearout makes sure we are using validated email addresses to ensure that our campaign emails don't get lost in email hell (spam filters, junk email boxes and anything else that prevents prospects from seeing our emails).

Avantages :

Clearout.io is an effective tool that we use every week to clean up the emails that we get from multiple sources. This protects our domain and helps drive up our open rates and email campaign effectiveness.

Inconvénients :

There could be better management of files with the ability to assign input and output files into different folders or groups.

Its completely interchangeable for bulk checks. The form validation doesn't work.

Commentaires : The bulk email tools in the app work fine, but aren't anything special. The validator for forms took a little work to install because they give you several different code options to use. Thankfully, someone from support got on a call to help me. Unfortunately, the form tool doesn't work.

Avantages :

I don't like anything about it. The main feature we purchased it for doesn't work. We wanted a way to check emails on HubSpot form submissions. We setup the code and installed, but it doesn't catch any bad emails even obvious typos.

Inconvénients :

See above. If you need a bulk email checker, then this will do the trick but there are other options that are equally as good. For the form submissions, it doesn't do as advertised, so its a waste of money.

When running email marketing, verification is an essential part of my process. I've tried to cut corners on pricing before and regretted it, so I was hesitant to try out Clearout. They have way more features like Google Sheets integrations and a very friendly API PLUS the verification is just as good.

Inconvénients :

They are rolling out so many features that they sometimes come out half baked. However, support is pretty quick to resolve things and the problems always get fixed. Let's call it growing pains

I wish to see that when email verification does not go through successfully, I should get more detailed reason so I can ask recipient to do the fix from their incoming email server settings.

It Does Well What It Promises

Commentaires : Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase of Clearout. I got it as a lifetime deal with AppSumo, so the value is very much appreciated.

Avantages :

There is a possible 2% error rate, however Clearout does what it says and cleans up your emailing list, catch troublesome emails and throws them away to keep your list clean. Their support fast and listen to suggestions, so they also have that going for them.

Inconvénients :

Honestly, there is nothing that I could really say is a con at the moment. The service has performed as expect.

The Unsung hero of email marketing

Avantages :

Finding email IDs from random websites in bulk saves a lot of time in the outreach process. The beneficial part is that it verifies the email id too, which is the WIN-WIN game for me. Now my email delivery rate has become better than a few months back.

Inconvénients :

To find the email IDs from the website, we need to add their first and last names.

I like the simplicity of the product and the fact is does its job really well. It’s easy to use, competitively priced and always up to date in functionality.

There’s nothing I don’t like about clearout. If pushed I’d say I’d like to be able to download the results straight way instead of waiting for the email to tell me they’re ready.

I like the extra sorting of guaranteed deliverable emails on the list you have just scrubbed, in addition to the emails that came through the scrub process. This is an extra feature I haven't seen anywhere else.

Inconvénients :

It was a little unclear whether the remainder of the cleaned list were good email addresses (they are!), and we needed to clarify with support at first.
