"Good event app, with great customer support"

Commentaires: It's a good and solid app, the value for money is good, and I really like the fact that the team is happy to listen to suggestions and to implement improvements.

Avantages: * Very easy and intuitive to set up
* Great customer support: super quick and very helpful
* The array of features is comparable to other more expensive apps and the developing team is always open for suggestions
* Very fair pricing options

Inconvénients: * Would be great to have different visibility settings depending on the type of ticket purchased: e.g. in the agenda or for push notifications
* Would be great to be able to have the option to have a white-label version
* Would be great to have a "preview" feature: info look different on Android, I-phone and I-Pad and it's hard to test all different devices

With respect to the different classes of users, you'd be glad to hear that we're launching in Q2 a grouping feature that does what you're describing and more, stay tuned.

As for the preview feature, our new dashboard (now in beta) takes care of that.

"People & Places Conference"

Commentaires: We use Topi for a joint conference presented by four organizations. The Topi platform works well for the conference website and it looks great! I very much appreciate the assistance from the support team in helping us with custom changes.

Avantages: Topi is really easy to use and looks great! It's improved connections among our conference participants.

Inconvénients: When we're adding speakers and sessions, it would be great if we could switch back and forth more easily. I'd also like to be able to add custom banners myself. I very much appreciate that Topi support does it for me so quickly.

"Topi App"

Commentaires: Nice to have a user friendly app for our attendees.

Avantages: Inputting information is very user friendly.

Inconvénients: Things sometimes disappear. Customer service not as accessible as we feel it should be. We could not find a phone number to use when we had issues. We had to wait for an email reply. The app could use more detailed descriptions of the features.

"Topi is your Best friend for a conference"

Commentaires: We have used Topi to replace the conference book that was produced before. Cost is much less and the timeline for data gathering is much longer so you can get better info for the conference. We use photos of everyone now to id the speakers for the attendees were before we could only do the keynote speaker to keep the book to manageable size. Whenever I have had any problems Topi's support team is quick to help me out. The software is VERY stable also so there are no glitches or issues during the conference. The conference attendee number about 200.

Avantages: Easy to use for both the manager and the attendees
Quick updates if needed
Notifications and reminder can be setup ahead of time as well as on the spot

Inconvénients: I don't really have a Least for the software.
If i could have one wish for the software it would be that the Agenda could be converted to a PDF and emailed/printed out of the app. With CPE credit being given you need to have a copy of the timed agenda for them if it is requested.

"Excellent customer service & customization"

Avantages: Topi is always very responsive and very willing to discuss our needs and how we can customize the platform to meet those needs. They have built out several features to accommodate us, and we've been very satisfied with it, especially given the low cost compared to other registration tools.

Inconvénients: Not being able to completely design the landing page for the event ourselves has been challenging for us, as we find the current format doesn't work for us.
