L'avantage avec cette plateforme c'est la rapidité et la facilité de paiement en ligne

GCPAY support is the best support team you will get from any software platform. They make any changes, questions or issues a non issue.
Inconvénients :
Only wish there was a way for the lien waivers & pay apps to automatically import to Sage.

Commentaires : Our experience has been completely positive. We are saving time and improving the billing experience for our subcontractors.
Avantages :
The support is the best I've seen so far. The chat support is quick and solves all of our issues quickly. The whole system is easy and simple to use, with all the features we need as GCs. But the support takes it to the next level. This is our best software purchase of the past ten years. Implementation was easy and quick. We were up and running within a month. The integration with Sage 300 CRE (formerly Timberline) is seamless and easy.
Inconvénients :
I know why they do it but I would love the chat support to be available in the evenings.
Ease of Use
Avantages :
Streamlined and accuracy. Cuts down on the processing of requisitions and uploading change order and collecting lien waivers.
Inconvénients :
Certain reports not available that we are finding the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are requesting. Presently having to create in excel which is time consuming.

GC Pay has been a great investment.
Commentaires : Overall this has been in enjoyable experience. Although the project setup may seem a bit more cumbersome, it pays off with the ease of billings and document tracking.
Avantages :
GC Pay is a great system to ensure your subcontractors billings are accurate and eliviates the time consuming process of fixing excel pay applications. I have used Textura in the past, but I have to say GC Pay is superior in customer service on both the GC and the subcontractor side. It is also more economical than other products on the market that we evaluated before choosing GC Pay.
Inconvénients :
There are still some improvements that could be made. I think the joint check process could be more streamlined. Also have had an issue with credit invoices not showing in the payment section resulting in overpayments to subs.
