Avantages :
La simplicité de la prise en main a distance sur les postes utilisateurs
Inconvénients :
Le lien est envoyé par mail donc l'utilisateur doit avoir un accès a sa boite mail.

Avantages :
Toutes les fonctionnalités sont superbes pour un prix raisonnable.

Commentaires : Utilisation agréable, fonctionne très bien, juste à faire attention a la gestion du proxy.
Avantages :
toute les fonctionnalité d'un accès à distance via le web.Une boite à outil embarqué très puissant ( cmd, lecture des périphériques, gestion des utilisateurs, etc ... )
Inconvénients :
très peu de paramètre pour la gestion du proxy

J'ai particulièrement appécié sa simplicité d'utilisation et le fait de pouvoir assisté les device en one shot ou de manière permanente (sur les serveurs).
Inconvénients :
L'assistance via un client sur l'ordinateur. Il est plus simple d'utiliser l'envoi de lien de connexion par email.

Great value for money
Commentaires : Have never had a problem with the service, it's always been available. Customer service are great and always reply quickly.
Avantages :
Zoho Assist is very easy to user with a great user interface. Remote sessions are east to setup and great to use.
Inconvénients :
Soemtimes while using the remote support option, some Mac users find it hard to allow the needed permissions for the software to work. A video would be good explaining how to set this up.

Zoho Assist - Great to use
Commentaires : We've had a really good experience with Zoho Assist so far. It was easy to deploy, it's very easy to use, and requires no effort on the end user.
Avantages :
It's simplicity. We can use on demand support, which is super easy for an end user to use, or unattended access. We deployed this through Intune and now we can connect to all machines without needing the end user to be present. We also used the free trial to make sure we were happy with the product and the salesperson was always quick to respond to questions.
Inconvénients :
That you need to be on an enterprise license to use the portal features.
View good about zoho books at a first operation.

Great value as long as your clients have solid internet
Commentaires : Our team switched to Zoho Assist after several years with Team Viewer, looking at a more price competitive option. We connect to clients that sometimes have very slow internet, and this was the biggest shortcoming. The tools and connection were great with stable internet! While it does not require connection codes which can be great, it required clients to redownload the assist software every time and this could get confusing for less technologically inclined clients. Overall a good option if your client base has strong internet.
Avantages :
Works well with decent internet, Integrates well with the Zoho Suite, easy to set up unattended access, somewhat easy for clients - no connection codes required.
Inconvénients :
Requires a stronger internet connection than competitors, requires a download every time you wish to connect.
Zoho Assist - definitely worth the price
Commentaires : I have not had any issues with Zoho Assist and it has saved me considerable time in supporting multiple remote server sites.
Avantages :
I like that I can have as required supporr session or have clie t installed to access servers at any time without user interaction.
Inconvénients :
Getting the unattended installer to a client if I am not onsite, is bit of a pain as the user at the site can not get the installer directly.

Commentaires : We've been using Desk for a year+ now and loved it. Switched from a competitor for our Assist product and we've been happy.

Commentaires : I have been using Splashtop, Teamviewer, Logmein and VNC. For the pass 20 years as tools for remote access to my customers' computers. It's been a few months with Zoho Assist and the switch seem to be my next solution.
Avantages :
#1 The wide range of devices compatibility. (Linux & Android) are not always there on other solution out there. #2 The quality of the connection and option for me to control them. #3 The ease of the installation for my costumers, #4 Support from Zoho in ANY of their app is better than any I have seen.(Call, email & Chat).
Inconvénients :
#1Compare to other, the main page is not very intuitive. Lots of poking around before finding where everything is.#2 Lots of unused option remain there even if I don't have access to them. #3 Some menu seems redundant and could easily be merged into one.#4 The Zoho apps have ONE information in common in all of them "CONTACT INFORMATION" and yet in all of Zoho app there is no standard among them, regarding contact information. There is not even a Contact app to manage that common information about all Zoho tools.

Just simple easy to use support software

I have been using Zoho Assist for several months now, and I can confidently say it has significantly streamlined our remote support operations. As a CTO for a large retail client base, managing IT issues across multiple locations can be quite challenging. Zoho Assist has been a game-changer in this regard.
Inconvénients :
While Zoho Assist is highly efficient and user-friendly, the only drawback we've encountered is the occasional latency during remote sessions. Although rare, these instances can slightly hinder the speed of troubleshooting. However, this minor issue doesn't overshadow the overall reliability and effectiveness of the platform

Avantages :
The cost to feature/function ratio is great. There are lot of features found in comparable more expensive solutions but available at a much more budget friendly package. The interface is intuitive and simple to navigate and understand vs other more costly solutions.
Inconvénients :
Unattended agents sometimes go offline for short periods of time after intense troubleshooting sessions that require multiple reboots, connect, disconnects.

Commentaires : Excellent experience all around I have also been using their mail service with a custom domain and been happy with that as well.

Has worked for over 10 years without major issue and when I did I could contact support and get help within a few hours and usually resolve any issues in that time as well!

that is works, I like both unattended support and the Assist session. customers find it easy to just go to join.assist.com and get it going. I will be using the integration into my web site soon also.

I wish I could just copy / paste files BUT file transfer does work. And I get the job done.

Feature-packed and Affordable Solution
Commentaires : My experience was great! I appreciate that the software is not complicated...it was very easy to get up and running and help my team.
Avantages :
The software is very easy to setup and use on both ends. The ability to do an instant session or schedule sessions is very helpful, particularly since a portion of our team resides in a different time zone. The deciding points for me regarding the Standard Edition were the ability to schedule sessions, screen share and document session notes. Zoho is feature-packed no matter what plan you select and is definitely affordable, which is important to me since we are a nonprofit organization.
Inconvénients :
No cons for me. This was a simple solution that helped me troubleshoot a computer issue for a fellow staff member.

Zoho remote assist is very fast to connet even the remote computer is running with slow bandwith. In addition, the file transfer feature of Zoho is reliable with no transfer failures between computers. The oline and downtime feature under the admin center is highly required by any IT support person.
Inconvénients :
1_Some computers when using the volume agent deployment tool of Zoho assist fail to connect even after being added to the list of computers. 2_Another challenge, some computers ask for further admin approval from remote computer even the agent tool has been deployed. 3)The zoho assist app launches very slowly.
