Integrations made easy!
Commentaires: Service management system integrations are so much easier, but don't forget: Still the process mapping needs to be done properly.
- Free integration of new software products which are not already onboard in ONEiO
- Simple mapping of data between systems to be integrated
- Easy to use UI
- Reuse of existing mapping templates could be easier
- High quality process mapping required

Commentaires: We're using ONEiO to integrate both in and out of the organization. It's been amazing not having to worry to much about the API's! We've had great success integrating our "Remedy ARS 19.8" and our DevOps "Jira" instance which made DevOps really happy because they could continue using their own tool.
Avantages: After learning how the software works and which mappings does what it's fairly simple to setup an integration, I think the webinar(s) I attended was great and it helped me move forward with a totally unrelated integration between Remedy ARS 19.8 and 4me
Inconvénients: Recently had a problem where values with square brackets couldn't be used, but our supplier (VisionWillov DK) send a request to get these values to work and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] fixed it pretty fast, great work [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]

ONEiO can do ANYTHING
Commentaires: We needed a product to help us integrate our clients' CRM systems' into ours. ONEiO not only does this, but does it with an intuitive UI, fast set-up, speedy processing and stellar customer support. We had our first integration set-up within 2 hours. ONEiO has helped us bring in Enterprise Clients, since we now have the capability to allow them to use their own CRM system for Ticket entry. Thank you, ONEiO!
