Cant think of any cons If it would have native connestion to Sears, Rakuten and Newegg that would help us, but they already included newegg as native connection in less than few months, so we are happy.

Commentaires : Overall Extremely Satisfied, 10/10. Unlike the larger companies that treat small to mid size businesses like they're one in a million, Storeautomator has actually worked alongside us and seem very invested in our success and growth ( despite no revenue sharing pricing model!). Anytime we needed a custom integration, custom feature, or API connection, they provided very reasonable estimates to make sure we are happy, long term customers.
The platform is very use to use, customizable, and simply gets the job done for a fraction of the price compared to Zentail and Channeladvisor. More than the software, what I loved about StoreAutomator is the level of customer service and tech support. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], and the entire team were very accessible via phone and email, and helped us seamlessly migrate from Channeladvisor to StoreAutomator. We can easily upload listings to a lot of marketplaces, including Ebay, Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, and now even Etsy!
I would say the user interface could use a little upgrading, but its definitely not a deal breaker and honestly if that's whats saving us money then we can manage.

One of the best Multi-channel Platforms
Commentaires : Starting from onboarding to our current daily task, it has been and continues to be a strong tool in our business model. The delivery speed and organization of data is beyond the industry standards. Activating and deploying marketplaces are very simple to achieve. Custom channel overrides are handle very well and allow us to adjust data accordingly from one marketplace to the next. This all comes at a reasonable price!
The user interface is very friendly and quick to load. SA has many features you don't find in other software. It also offers a huge list of built-in marketplace integrations ready to connect. The support staff is extremely knowledgeable and quickly respond to tickets 24hrs a day. In the past 2+ years we've been using the platform there has been no outages whatsoever. 100% uptime.
As in any software there are a few features tailored to our needs that could be implemented. Data filters, stronger reports.
Our Experiences with SA
Commentaires : Overall, we are quite satisfied. All of our issues have been handled fast, with knowledge and very professionally. It does require daily maintenance but it is a time saver in the end.
Creating listings has been extremely easy, especially where there is just a few changes between listings. We use the clone function quite often. The support team has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We submit questions to them on quite a regular basis and they always seem to have the right answer and fix. It has also enabled us to save money by allowing us to control and carry less inventory.
There should be a outlined onboarding sheet provided at the beginning of the onboarding process. I believe that the mapping process and categorizing of items has been the most confusing for us to learn. This was our first time using a product like this. Maybe simplifying your library for the mapping process and categorizing of items would make it easier for us. There also seems to be a time delay for quantities updating across the channels. This has been a problem that we have seen on multiple times when we are at 1 or 2 units left for specific SKU's.

UI needs a little makeover and more up-to-date/modern look.Filters are great but need to be with a quicker access to them.
