Commentaires : The user experience improved and thus increased the customer base, in addition to the quality and ease of work improving.
Avantages :
It facilitates daily programming, thus streamlining daily activities and automating tasks that are repetitive and take up valuable time. I like it because you can have all the medical records of each patient in a very orderly manner so that when the patient is attended to, the service is faster and more professional.
Inconvénients :
There is nothing bad that I dislike. They have always provided good service.

THE Calendar- The way it visually flows- the reports- colors easy to navigate and set up, works well in practice that is PAPER CHARTS STILL
Inconvénients :
would like to copy an appoint and paste- like Brickle use to do not duplicate of move - Just simple copy/ cut past in a different slot

GREAT Product!
Commentaires : Love it. I really think it's effecient in having one sysem to manage all our practice needs.
Avantages :
I can do scheduling, invocies and manage all my paperwork using one software. Clients can access medical advice via telehealth.
Inconvénients :
None overall I love this software and its affordable.
Clunky and Not at all Intuitive
Commentaires : I feel like Remedy needs a serious overhaul and update. I feels like software back in the 2010s.
Avantages :
Scheduling is intuitive and comprehensive.
Inconvénients :
The software is clunky. Navigating between modules feels very archaic. The flow is not seemless and is slow. The menu system is extremely confusing and not at all intuitive.

Great EMR for complex clinic
Commentaires : I have had great experience with customer service and overall the intuitive nature of Remedly. I appreciate them continuing to grow features and hope they will continue to take clinic needs into account to keep easing user experience.
Avantages :
Versatility in scheduling and a full EMR platform.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the system is cumbersome and has hard time adapting to my complexities as a clinic.
