Commentaires : Absolutely Amazing! I loved that is was so user friendly that my 6 year old would be able to navigate through the process without any help! The simplicity is more appreciated than you know!

Avantages :

Extremely user friendly! My first time on the platform and I breezed through the signup process like a seasoned PRO! No time waisted! :)

Inconvénients :

Absolutely nothing rubbed me the wrong way! Qooper is a winner!

Commentaires : I would highly recommend Qooper to anyone. We switched from another platform earlier this year and the quality difference is incredible!

Avantages :

Affordability, customer service, user friendly, groups are fantastic, great initial content, but fully customizable for your program needs.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the mobile app has a few glitches, but when taken to the team, they are fixed. Certificates are not customizable.

Avantages :

I like the idea, but more support around setting up would be helpful

lots of tailoring needs, that are not very easy to work through

Productive Application Software Mentoring Mentees

Commentaires : Shifting from the original platform and software with PCV to Qooper has been different in relating to clients who have yet to get used to being able to work with mentor advisors. Making sure the Google Meeting resource works in the login area.

Avantages :

Qooper is a newer platform with a similar format as the former platform of Pacific Community Ventures. The design is different, but the quality of use remains present. What I like most is the ability for clients and potential clients to reply and set up functional meetings relating to important concerns and accomplishments.

Inconvénients :

Making sure tech services are in solid working and functional conditions to promote actions Qooper demonstrates in technology and resourcefulness.

The progress tracking and communication tools integrated into the platform also ensured that mentoring sessions were organized and productive, allowing both mentors and mentees to monitor their development over time.

Inconvénients :

One aspect that could be improved is the customization options for the mentoring programs. Qooper Mentor Program Review

Avantages :

Qooper has been easy to use and follow. The UI is clear and the tabs to use are clearly laid out. It was nice that some of the profile was prefilled from Workday, and it is also extremely helpful that Qooper can be linked to Outlook in order to keep track of all the emails. It is also cool to see that Qooper can provide recommended matches with mentors.

Inconvénients :

It would be nice to see the other meetings on the Outlook calendar in Qooper as well in order to keep track of all meetings.

Avantages :

Qooper has a modern design and allows for good workflow between users.

Inconvénients :

Some of the navigation could use work- i.e. seeing availability or schedules of others when attempting to schedule a meeting, adding a poll, etc.

Thank you, we will inform your admin to enable the 2 way calendar integration to pull availabilities, recommend overlapping times and when the meeting is scheduled, automatically put it on your Outlook/Google calendar along with video call link if virtual.

Commentaires : Aside from the platform itself (which is exceptional), working with Qooper has been one of the best HR/OD - Platform partnerships I've ever had. Our CSM Ipek has been an exceptional resource from early conversations, through configuration and deployment. She has also been an exceptional resource in terms of responding to queries, offering advice and guidance and keeping in touch in relation to new features and developments. It has been an absolute please to work with her over this past year.

Avantages :

The AI matching feature was a big seller. Although we were going to be starting small, we knew from the outset we wanted the ability to offer mentoring opportunities to our global team, having a system which lifted this 'burden' when managing any mentoring program with many users was critical. It's proven to be the right choice for us in terms of its ease of deployment, applications of use, ease of customisation and deployment.

Inconvénients :

There are probably some additional admin features I would love to see now that we've been using the platform for a while, however, our CSM has been extremely open to our feedback and suggestions.

Avantages :

What I like most about Qooper Is the ability to share lessons with other teammates.

Inconvénients :

Would I like least about Cooper is the sometimes difficult user interface for the chats. The input does not expand.

Avantages :

With Qooper, it's easier to manage your goals and documentation, and it also makes collaboration easier because it's integrated with your local calendar.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes I get a lot of notifications from other groups or teams that I did not subscribe to. I don’t know if I need to adjust some settings or something.

Commentaires : It is new, I just set up my account last week, but I have already set up my profile and connected to my buddy with ease.

Avantages :

The ability to connect with new coworkers and to track our meetings together. It connects easily with Microsoft so allows easy scheduling also.

I don't have anything to not like about Qooper.

I like the progress tracker for earning a certificate in mentorship. I am a goal-oriented person, and having something to work towards was helpful for me.

It's not utilized by others as much as I do. I had to be very assertive in building relationships.

Commentaires : I have enjoyed using Qooper way more than other software we have used. The mentor matching portal was super easy to use and filter. I was able to make lots of connections.

Avantages :

I like how clean the interface is and how it walks users through the next steps on the main page.

Inconvénients :

I initially found it confusing to switch between the mentoring page and book discussions page underneath my profile. It is easy to use once you understand that, but not easy to find.

Avantages :

I like the learning material that was available, and the ease of scheduling meeting and chatting right through the app. It makes it easy to keep track of progress with the mentor relationship.

Inconvénients :

I had originally downloaded the app on the apple app store and had been using it for my original meetings. However, when I decided to switch to a browser, I was not aware that there are different webpages for the Mentee sign-in in comparison to the regular sight. Maybe if there was a link that took you to the mentee sight under the sign in page that might help with possible confusion.

Avantages :

I like that qooper has curated information for me to use for learning about mentorship. The balanced perspective of mentor and mentee from business journals, TED talks, online blogs helps me to realize the breadth of topic interest

Inconvénients :

I am not tech savvy and so end up clicking on many different links to get anywhere.
