Commentaires : 10 out of 10. The SM guys really know what they're doing. They are beyond helpful.
Avantages :
Extremely easy to use and new user friendly, superior customer service, customizable to your own states regulations and tariffs, integrations with MailChimp/QuickBooks, storage software tracking, customer service tracking, accounting/closing out jobs with ease.
Inconvénients :
There are genuinely no negative things about this software. It is mainly just the fact that it is constantly adapting for the better. Every update is a new learning curve, but it has ALWAYS been for the better or the ease of the user.
Highly Recommend
Commentaires : It's the source of truth for our business. We manage scheduling, dispatch, basic payroll functions, storage, reporting, and sales data. As long as you use the features available, it will help keep your moving business truckin' along.
Avantages :
- Easy to use - Training videos are short and sweet - They listen to user feedback - Quick to respond on Chat (and it's a real person, not AI)
Inconvénients :
Some of the reports can give conflicting information at times so it's important to make sure you are using the correct report for what you are looking for.

Simple to use and efficient
Commentaires : It would be good ; no real a hustle. Very flexible as well.

Dispatching is easy, templates and contacting customer service is quick.
Inconvénients :
Statistics on real profit and sales. Wish for it to be more detailed

Inconvénients :
I have chatted with customer support and asked about "Dark Mode" Looking at a screen for 8hrs a day can be strenuous. I think it would be a great idea to implement that feature.

Commentaires : I've been with SmartMoving for 5 years now, and have gotten so much more efficient with sales particularly, but also dispatch. Transmitting information between sales, operations and finance is one of the toughest things to do in a business, but with SmartMoving it has gotten so much smoother.
Avantages :
It's the most versatile CRM for Moving Companies out there. So many great features to manage literally every aspect of our business, and fantastic reporting to really get a pulse on what's happening, how our team is performing, and what tweaks to make on a daily basis to maximize revenue and profitability.
Inconvénients :
There are just a few things that we have had to develop workarounds for. I think in the past, developments have been fairly slow but they seem to be picking up steam lately and I'm optimistic that the future is bright.
