Commentaires : Nothing but positive! Great sales team, great implementation team and process and once we started using the system there is a super efficient Support team as well

Avantages :

Visual nature of the system allows for a great overview of the work being performed over any time period. An easy to use and intuitive interface that users can easily work with is another great feature

Inconvénients :

Reporting functions are not the best. All of the data is there and can be extracted, however it feels a little clunky and needs some work to bring it to the level of the rest of the system

Commentaires : Overall our experience with C3 has been great. From our account manager at C3 to the implementation team, everyone was amazing to work with. We receive responses on issues in a timely manner and have not had any performance issues. All-in-all, it has been a great partnership, so far.

Avantages :

The configurability down to the site level. Having the opportunity to configure constraints differently across all sites was very helpful. Before we had no way to implement the constraints. We just had to put the information in a site banner and hope that appointments that broke those constraints weren't scheduled.

Inconvénients :

It's not a big con, but we wish we could see a full weeklong schedule rather than one day at a time.

Commentaires : The implementation team was very thorough and truly worked to understand our needs. I think there is a lot of potential as a result of C3 and look forward to what the future holds.

Avantages :

This system provides visibility across the board and has done wonders for the warehouse processes

Inconvénients :

The reporting functionality is incredibly difficult to use and not easy to figure out. There has been very little guidance on how to figure it out.

Commentaires : Customer service is fantastic. When submitting questions or tickets we normally receive feedback the same day, worst case scenario it is next business day.

Avantages :

Very customizable and allowed us to include all of our business requirements in the design and implementation process.

Inconvénients :

Reporting could be better. C3 helps us get raw reports through their system but it is not as user friendly as other reporting tools.

Professional and Knowledgeable Implementation Team

Commentaires : I have had only positive experiences with C3 Reservations. The support team is always helpful and timely when I've opened a ticket for either an issue or just a general inquiry. They have been able to make recommendations for additional features that fill a gap we didn't realize was possible. We have received only positive feedback from our logistics team as well as our warehouse users.

Avantages :

The tool has provided us visibility to our schedule and helped us adjust staffing as needed.The support team is efficient and always helpful.The tool is fairly intuitive as far as setting up templates and new locations.

Inconvénients :

Reporting is less intuitive than the rest of the tool. For me, the hardest part is finding the right field that I am looking for. Communication on changes deployed on updates would be helpful as well.

Excellent user interface and great service

Commentaires : We have always had excellent service from the C3 team (support, training, integration & customizing). I highly recommend this product.

Avantages :

Booking an appointment is really quick and easy. The Drag&drop function also provides this facility. The user interface is beautiful and friendly. The management of the different options and rules is excellent.

Inconvénients :

I Did not idenfify any 'Cons' for the use we make of it.

Avantages :

With the user guide was very easy for our vendors and carriers to get onboarded and use the system.

Inconvénients :

When changes are made, would be nice to get instructions on how to navigate the changes, but other than that is easy to use.

Major Canadian Grocer using C3 Reservations

Commentaires : Good, implémentations were great, fast and the trainings with the C3 team were very useful.
Some features were not quite understood by the team but we manage to test it and found a way to make it work.

Avantages :

easy to use, customizable +++, displays a lot of information, easy and quick to access the information excellent time of response while implementations compiling a lot of information

Inconvénients :

slow, responding time is pretty slow (couple of seconds to switch tabs + when approving the appts, not as quick as I'd liked it to be)

Great All Round Dock Scheduling & Yard Management Tool

Commentaires : Excellent technical support from C3 both in and out of capital projects.
Some performance issues associated with SaaS products such as platform availability & latency, but good support to resolve these.

Avantages :

Workflow design allows fully flexible solution to suit our business needs. Well designed UI with ease of navigation. Very intuitive design means training is fast and cost effective.

Inconvénients :

More customer configuration options would be nice. C3 support config changes well, but lead time is longer because of this.

Commentaires : It's an over great software.

Avantages :

I like how easy the software is to use and navigate through.

Inconvénients :

I do not like that there is not an option to create different color entities for our Shipping appointments vs our Receiving appointments. Also, If there was an option where a screen could pop up in front of you showing all your appointment details that were just scheduled, showing all numbers a bit bigger, that would be fantastic! I often confuse other C3 numbers with one that I had just scheduled due to highlighted block not updating.... plus it would be nice to not have to squint to see the details of the appointment I just created.

User Friendly Software

Commentaires : Allowing scheduling in advance for appointments with the option of Day\time\carriers based rules. As well logging each and every step of movement in our yard. Greatly enhances the efficiency and visibility.

Avantages :

Easy of use, great up-time.

Inconvénients :

The software fits our needs. We have no issues.

Great system overall

Commentaires : Over all the system great to work in daily. Easy to use very functional

Avantages :

Very user friendly. Able to customize your daily schedule to suit facility needs. Great report function within the system Self schedule, which gives the customers ability to login and schedule own appointments.

Inconvénients :

Seems like the system slows down in the afternoons, about the same time daily. When confirming an appointment, system does not give a display window to review PO#, Confirmation #, Date and time...as it does when clicking on a prior confirmed appointment slot

Userfriendly and configurable product which is easy to implement

Commentaires : Before implementation of C3 Reservation e-mail were sent to our inbound department by all suppliers. Now our suppliers and business users have real-time insight in the capacity of our distribution center.

Avantages :

Very userfriendly tool due to intuitiveness. Highly configurable by its workflow base. Easy to implement with C3 project team.

Inconvénients :

Roles and permissions. Multi-company configuration within one site. Integration based on older technique.

Avantages :

What I like the most is the ease of showing me the status of a distribution center simultaneously and online.

Inconvénients :

What I do not like is that it takes a long time to log in and the income initially, I feel that more resources must be available.
