Commentaires : This is posted by a digital marketing agency. We recommend Shopper Approved to our clients, and work directly with SA on integration and directly with clients on using the service. Our clients have witnessed tangible results and experienced very positive outcomes.

Avantages :

The product support is very good - speak to a live person who speaks clearly. The setup, website integration and training are very good. The dashboard is very user friendly. The platform is feature rich with the ability to engage customers, obtain more reviews and better testimonial content. Additionally, you have the ability to share reviews via social and video platforms. An added benefit, through some technical enhancements, is that these reviews can boost website optimization and get star ratings to show on Google. Ads

Inconvénients :

We have not encountered any particular negatives. If anything, which is also common to most any competing service, is being able to share reviews across citation sites to boost local SEO. (I'm not aware of any review management services that have a way to make this happen.)

Easy to use, even better support

Commentaires : Shopper Approved makes things very easy when it comes to handling online reviews. The video testimonials are easy, customization of messaging, ease of use in contact a customer should their review warrant it. Shopper Approved support is also fantastic. My contact, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], answers my questions/helps me with issues at lightning fast speed!

Avantages :

Shopper Approved is easy to use and makes sorting through lots of reviews that come in throughout a day a breeze. The customer resolution feature is also very nice in that one does not have to contact the customer outside of SA, all the information needed is right there.

Inconvénients :

The dashboard is a bit old feeling and could be updated/modernized to make for even easier UX. I've been told this is on the to do list for Shopper Approved so I am not worried about the timing. Looking forward to the new interface!

Commentaires : It was a great reviewing platform, but they were never too active and as time passed, they seemed sub-par.

Avantages :

Their platform is SUPER easy to use. Pretty easy to set up and keep things going. Randomly you'll have issues getting stars to show on your ads and such, that part gets a bit vague with them.

Inconvénients :

Their platform was much more limited than Yotpo or Trustpilot...they pretty much ghosted me and were gonna charge me the annual couple thousand bucks when we wanted to make a switch too. We had 14k+ reviews with them after 3 years and they were difficult to communicate with.

Commentaires : Shopper Approved has really expanded their offerings and ability to use the review information they collect from consumers to help link this to other review sites so that the consumer gets the full picture of a company and doesn't just see the people that wanted to take the time to leave bad reviews.

Avantages :

The features that are most beneficial to us are the review syndication, product reviews and SEO optimization of product Q&A. As an online retailer we know that the only people that take the time to leave a review about your company on a site that they're not asked to do so are the customers that are angry or had a bad experience. SA allows us to us our great reviews in their system on other systems as well to be able to give an overall customer experience. Product reviews are great for ECommerce so customers know about the product itself and see it first on Google which brings them to us instead of another supplier. Q&A being SEO optimized is very important because it helps us to bring in the free traffic on search engines that may be looking for something we sell just because they asked Google a question in general.

Inconvénients :

One thing that I would really like to adjust in SA is the cart integration and review request timeline after they place their order. You are forced to choose from a day time range after the order is placed and I would really like to be able to select for the full review request to be sent within a certain number of days after the order is moved to shipped status instead. This is minor and we have worked around this for years but it is something that I would like changed.

Avantages :

Ease of use. The customers really enjoy leaving reviews, very easy for them as well.

Inconvénients :

Really I have no complaints. I can't think of anything I would say needs improved right now.
