Commentaires : I literally love this software, i could not run my business without it. So easy, cost effective and versatile.
Avantages :
I love the ease of use of the system, it is so easy to use. Cost effective and helps me save hours of time. Couldn't run my business without it
Inconvénients :
Some of linking features to accounting software within VAT are laggy
Not the cheapest, but easy to use
Avantages :
Easy to generate SA302 forms, easy to set up new clients
Inconvénients :
It is quite expensive especially if you are a start-up business
No customer support
Avantages :
Easy to setup but I was double charged and Iris "cannot raise a credit note". I was told that I should cancel the direct debit but if I cancelled it then I couldn't access it .
Inconvénients :
If there are any problems with the software you will have no support, you are on your own

It is not expensive and very easy to use.

There were some issues about this, but as long you use it, you get used to it.
Nice product for accounts production and tax returns
Commentaires : This software is brilliant for producing the vast majority of our accounts and tax returns and is very good value for money. Would like to see some more functionality added in the near future.
Avantages :
This software is simple to use and create basic accounts and tax returns for most clients. The cost is relatively low compared to other offerings on the market.
Inconvénients :
I can't work out how to produce nicely formatted full accounts for LLP's. The home screen could be better for navigating between clients and returns.
