A fantastic product for far less money!
Commentaires : An incredible value allowing us to add it to our existing stack of solutions without taking significant budgetary dollars from other cybersecurity initiatives.
Avantages :
RMM tools patch microsoft and some 3rd party products. The problem is, the number of applications with CVE's continues to grow and RMM patching is not keeping pace. PMP patches over 900 applications.
Inconvénients :
Complexity of the agent deployment and approvals. Policy and group configs are a bit counter intuitive.

Patch Manager Plus - Good but could be better
Commentaires : PMP has helped up our device security levels considerably. Recently we discovered many out of date devices running older versions of Windows which was a surprise to us. We have since, patched all systems to the relevant level. Many of our users are remote and we cannot guaranteed update times, so this has added a degree of flexibility to our services.
Avantages :
Patching Windows Update has been great, however there are still some elements missing. We are patching our devices, but when we login to the actual system and check for updates, other updates are still trundling through on devices. We have listed all updates to be available, so this is a bit confusing to say the least.
Inconvénients :
There are updates are being installed on our systems that we expected PMP to pickup. We are still manually pressing update on our devices to identify these updates. We were hoping PMP would have been able to identify all applicable updates by now.

Avantages :
The software just works - there is not a lot of hand holding required by an administrator. We also love the integration with our vulnerability management platform, Tenable.io. Also the number of 3rd party patches available is astounding.

I would like MORE integration with Tenable.io

Commentaires : Overall this is really user-friendly patch deployment solution.
Avantages :
Considering other solutions, This has next-level agent-based patch deployment architecture and that helps me to hassle-free patch deployment. And also the dashboard is well designed and very user-friendly. For deploy patches, we only have to select the patch from the list and select the branch where we need to deploy the patch.
Inconvénients :
the price of the client license is really high and need more bandwidth power to run this.
