Avis sur ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus
A fantastic product for far less money!
Commentaires : An incredible value allowing us to add it to our existing stack of solutions without taking significant budgetary dollars from other cybersecurity initiatives.
Avantages :
RMM tools patch microsoft and some 3rd party products. The problem is, the number of applications with CVE's continues to grow and RMM patching is not keeping pace. PMP patches over 900 applications.
Inconvénients :
Complexity of the agent deployment and approvals. Policy and group configs are a bit counter intuitive.

Alternatives envisagées précédemment :
Good patch management product with more applicable patching then others.
Commentaires : Overall my experience with PMP has been positive. It was very easy to setup, install agents and configure deployment policies.
Avantages :
Patch Manager Plus has an extensive 3rd party patching capabilities which allows us to patch more 3rd party products that we use then other affordable 3rd party patching solutions. It's easy to setup and deploy agents and has better reboot notification options than other products.
Inconvénients :
Finding some UI controls of computers can be difficult to locate such as Log Off or Lock Computer. These controls are only located under Deployment\Tools\Remote Shutdown. It would be more convenient to have these type of controls where ever a computer is seen.
Very useful tool for the infrastructure team
Commentaires : We migrated from WSUS and Patch Manager makes it much easier to control assets that need updates in general.
Avantages :
It makes it much easier to centralize the evaluation of patches to be applied.
Inconvénients :
I haven't been able to find any negative points in using the tool so far.

Inexpensive Tool forEndpoints Patch Management
Commentaires :
This tool allows me to deploy patches stressfree
The dashboard is simple and only shows relevant features
Avantages :
I like that I can quickly see a condensed view of the patch installation progress for each endpoint. I could also run a filter and show only limited results
Inconvénients :
Too many new build releases within a short period of time. This consumes too much time and the connected endpoints clients need to be updated as well. Due to remote work, users sometimes put off the updates until they are physically availabale at the office
OK so far still in testing
Commentaires : logical and straightforward initial deployment having an issue but have not yet concluded if this is our environment or the config process. so far reasonably positive.
Avantages :
intuitive interface. logical config for groups. install is very next > next > next integrated with Tenable very easily which is a big bonus
Inconvénients :
still at the testing phase. Have got PMP seeing all systems and it shows missing patches. it seems logical enough but having a couple of issues with the config to push out patches. however I haven't yet contacted support in any way which is my next step.
