> **Avantages**: As a new sole proprietor with ClinicSense, the value for money is just right since I only have a few clients right now.  I've had excellent customer support the few times I've needed help.  And the features for handling clients, scheduling, intake forms, and SOAP notes are robust and very flexible.

> **Inconvénients**: I've been using ClinicSense for several months without any complaint about the software platform.  It's very user friendly and easy to navigate and master.

> **Avantages**: I like how easy it is to use ClinicSense - for both myself and my clients on their booking end. I also like that customer support is very quick to reply to concerns, usually with a custom video demonstrating how exactly to navigate the system to answer my question. I recently started direct billing via ClinicSense and it saves a lot of time. Once I set up payment processing with Square, that was also a huge time saver and increased convenience for my clients.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes ClinicSense make changes to things (i.e. revenue reports) that creates more work me, not less. I'm all for evolving and new offerings, but it's important to not fix what isn't broken, and trust that things are working great.

> I can't imagine going back to paper charts and I prefer ClinicSense to the other two booking/charting systems that I have used in clinics in the past.

> **Avantages**: I really enjoy the ease of ClinicSense. I’ve used MindBody and SpaBiz and it’s just intuitive to use. It really only takes a few tries to figure out where the buttons are or what tab has what.

> **Inconvénients**: Not a fan of it timing out after 45 ish minutes (that I’ve noticed). Since it’s a massage app it would be great if it timed out after 100 minutes since a majority of my massages are 60 and 90 minutes. It’s minor but having to constantly log in, or making sure the app is current in the middle of a massage is irksome
> 
> Out of the many spa apps I’ve used, it’s by far the easiest and most user friendly. Even if you make a mistake it’s not catastrophic

> I love ClinicSense.  It's easy to use, I can check everything I need for day to day and for month end, from receivables to sales tax.  The new waitlist feature is quite handy, and clients love the ease of booking online.
