All I Need is in ClinicSense

Commentaires : I was an early adapter and have been impressed from day one from the pricing, the capacity and the constant development of the product.

Avantages :

I like the feedback options and that ClinicSense is constantly improving/adjusting the product to provide more/better features to the end users (therapists and clients).

Inconvénients :

I can think of not one thing that I do not like about ClinicSense that I must have. Eventually, it would be great to be able to complete insurance claims through ClinicSense, but it is not a requirement. All the other features surpass other systems that I have seen.

Commentaires : It was rocky during the updates and the big change to the new platform, but it has been smooth sailing. The ClinicSense team is amazing. Keep up the good work!

Avantages :

I love that you can review your appointment requests and you can reject or accept them. I like having that control. Especially since I do not take new clients at this time.

Inconvénients :

I need that waitlist option. But I know that is coming. SO it's a con that has already been resolved and in the works.

Commentaires : We have not been happy and would change to a new system if it wasn't so much trouble. I anticipate us changing eventually.

Avantages :

The only thing that we liked about ClinicSense is that we didn't have to use an appointment book at the office any longer.

Inconvénients :

This booking system has so many glitches and problems that we get frustrated weekly. Modalities saved for a practitioner are lost, schedules showing to clients are different than what is on the books...You also can't reach someone for help during the weekends.

Commentaires : 9/10. Love the platform and overall look of the calendar, the reports are handy and easy to review, charting is easy and love the build your own chart options

Avantages :

The platform is easy to navigate and use

Inconvénients :

Only one email address per client, makes it difficult to work with insurance companies requiring email invoices for billing. Different modalities should have the ability to set their own clinic note/charts templates. Possible need of a reminder of outstanding balance listed for individual clientele on the invoice page that is easily seen.

Commentaires : Clinic sense is a good product from an admin standpoint. It doesn't have the same features as some of the other programs so I would say it is best for a solo practitioner.

Avantages :

It is very user friendly and intuitive. I like that you can send newsletters and updates through the program.

Inconvénients :

I would like to a wait list feature added.

Commentaires : Very good. It has most of the features I am looking for in a charting/booking website.

Avantages :

Soap note feature. Gift cards can be sold on website as well.

Inconvénients :

Some scheduling features, I wish you could as multiple work periods during the day (say 9-12, then 2-5). But you can add personal time in the middle which works too

Commentaires : This is the 3rd massage software I've used and definitely my favorite. It's pretty easy to use for the therapists and clients. I wish there was a bit more customization with scheduling like setting different hours for a certain period of time instead of indefinitely. Overall I'd highly recommended it though!

I mostly love that you guys consistently roll out new features!

Inconvénients :

Some of the scheduling features can be a bit hard to customize

It dependable provides all of the features we need for booking, revenue tracking and marketing.

Inconvénients :

It would be helpful to be able to track all text messages as well as all emails, including cancellations, going out to all customers, as well as their responses.

Easy to use, best Massage Therapy management tool I've seen.

Commentaires : I have been with clinicsense for some time and have only experienced its platform getting better and easier to use. I was so happy about it during and throughout the pandemic as adding extra forms and health information was easily accessible and we can continue to edit forms and messages which is fantastic.

Avantages :

I love how easy it is to click and use. The widget was easy to add to my website and the link to Facebook. I like the look and feel and that I can manage how much information the therapist and front end can view from shared profiles. I can see everything from my account- Revenue, sales tax, etc. divided by therapist making payroll a breeze.

Inconvénients :

I don't feel the mobile version is the best yet. I would like to access reports and such from the app and be able to use the back button without logging out. I also would like to have better access to how the soap notes are inputted as this is not something we currently use. but we are moving closer to paper-free.

Commentaires : I love clinicsense. It works well for my business. I love that they are always improving it.

Avantages :

I love the customer service the best. There is a lot of things I really like about ClinicSense but the customer service is top notch

Inconvénients :

That you can just jump to next available appointment and with multiple therapists this would be a useful addition. Although they are always making it better so I am sure that this will be happening soon enough. I also don't like the price increase because it has gone up quite a bit from when I started. I am not saying it's not worth it, it's been a heavy increase especially with multiple practitioners in our practice.

I loved clinic sense’s online intake forms. A lot of my massage therapist friends use the app so I thought I’d try it out

Inconvénients :

It was kind of hard for me to use and I knew long term I wanted something more visually appealing and easy for my clients to use

Avantages :

Its user friendly, reasonably priced, they are always upgrading the features and making sure its updated to the needs of the profession.

Inconvénients :

Can’t think of anything at the moment. It seems as through they are always making improvements I have no complaints

Avantages :

It's so user friendly yet super professional. I appreciate all the extremely well made tutorials and the customer support team is the most efficient and friendly folks I've worked with in a program like this.

Inconvénients :

When I need to modify a blocked time or appointment, the calendar will auto populate a new, sometimes random date. For example, I had the 4th-5th of May blocked off but needed to add the day before, when I modified the day to be the 3rd it saved the blocked days as 3rd-4th, removing the 5th that I still needed blocked.

Booking made easy

Commentaires : Overall, it's great for dekstop and tablet, could use improvement with the mobile app. Love how many integrations it has though so we can easily pair it with our website, POS terminal and socials.

Avantages :

I love that it integrates easily with our wesbite and also with our Square POS Terminal. Being able to do everything from one place makes work easier for us!

Inconvénients :

I dislike the mobile app. I currently download an icon of the desktop version to my phone for a shortcut to the calendar instead because the phone app just feels choppy and is annoying to navigate.

Acts as an assistant for my scheduling needs

Commentaires : It great that the clinicsense team are always thinking of ways to enhance their software system. I also really appreciate that I can directly email customer support with a question and the response time is extremely quick. I'm happy with it and have been using clinicsense for going on three years now.

Avantages :

Having clinicsense is like hiring an assistant to do my scheduling. Personally, I cannot be available to answer my phone every time someone reaches out to schedule. With clinicsense, I send the client a link per their request to schedule an appointment and they schedule their appointments at their convenience.

Inconvénients :

The few times I have realized there's a feature I could use such as having the ability to only offer a service to existing clients and another service only to new clients, clinicsense comes up with it. So, I would say they're always becoming more expansive in their features and I've never felt that I did not have what I need to run my business.

Commentaires : I've been very happy with ClinicSense and I love it that they're always updating to make it even better.

Avantages :

This is an easy program that anyone can use. It has all the bells and whistles to promote your business and I don't have to micromanage my employees. If there is ever a problem, it's fixed immediately and the response is quick.

Inconvénients :

I wish it were a little less expensive, but all in all, it's worth the money. It replaces a full time receptionist which is a plus!

Avantages :

I have good reviews from clients about the easy of booking online is. I like the reminders to clients about booking another appointment and I must mention the gift certificate clients receive.

A brilliant all-in-one product for sports massage therapists!

Avantages :

I absolutely love the fact that clients have the ability to see my availability and book appointments, complete forms a receive reminders without me having to do anything. I also love that all my client forms l, details and notes are held in the same place

It can sometimes be complicated to set availability and personal time if there are random gaps in a day, rather than one big block of time

Avantages :

I really liked that online booking had to be accepted by the practitioner before the appointment is scheduled. The ease of online booking process as well as the txt or emailed reminders.

Inconvénients :

While creating soap notes the system would glitch and I would loose the entire note. Not being able to separate revenue reports by practitioner
