The Secret Weapon in Brand Marketing

Commentaires : BrandVerity's solution saves me time by removing the manual effort of monitoring our brand and automating the process of reporting trademark violations. Once everything is set up in the tool, using it is an easy and streamlined experience.

Avantages :

I love how BrandVerity is set up to be very user-friendly. Within a few clicks, I can review trademark violations and report violating ads to the respective search engines. I can white label websites, or set up policies to specifically monitor competitors that I want to keep an eye on.

Inconvénients :

It would be valuable if the software provided additional low-level paid search insights than what is offered, this would position BrandVerity as more of a well rounded paid search resource.

Great tool for monitoring affiliate compliance and avoiding unnecessary costs

Commentaires : I've been using BV for over two years now, for monitoring affiliates' compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions and I can't imagine work without it. It's very useful for brands not willing to let 3rd parties target TM and TM+ keywords in their search campaigns, looking to identify and prevent ad hijacks, and trying to make sure that the coupons they make available are only used by the intended parties.
It was a little difficult to find my way around when I first started (but that's also because I'm stubborn and I prefer to discover everything on my own, I'm sure BV support would have helped and provided basic guidance), but then everything followed naturally.
BV helps me identify affiliates violating the terms and conditions of the programs I manage and even of other 3rd parties (wholesalers, dropshippers, etc.) and, thus, either enforce compliance or avoid paying for uncompliant campaigns. It's also great for managing discount campaigns and, with them, costs. In times when most coupon websites rely on user-submitted information, it's very important to make sure the discount codes made available to a closed network, for example, don't get out in the public, especially when their spreading would generate unnecessary additional costs.
It even provides ad screenshots, ad copies, redirect links, other users' feedback for a specific affiliate (program terms violator), websites where specific coupons are used, and more.
Plus, support is very prompt and helpful.

Avantages :

It saves me a ton of time and energy. Once everything is set up, monitoring marketing campaigns and compliance becomes a breeze.

Inconvénients :

It can be a little overwhelming for new users with no or limited knowledge regarding keywords, trademarks, and coupon management.

Powerful tool with amazing customer support

Commentaires : The main use in my department is to detect affiliate fraud. It helped us catch several cases for which we got refunds from the affiliate networks since the tool offers proof and everything you need to prove to the affiliate network about the fraud.

Avantages :

The flexibility the tool gives is very good. You can play around with the logic and RegEx, and have a direct influence on making the tool even stronger, and this can be A/B tested which makes it easier to decide if the new logic is better or not. The ability to change the frequency of times the tool checks the SERPS is also very useful. Another helpful feature for us is the affiliate ID of the ad fraudster, which can help you link one affiliate with other networks and easily ban them from other networks too or just ask the affiliate network to exclude them from your campaigns. The alerts are also good, since you get notified based on your needs (they way you set the report up), so you don't have to do check the tool manually, every time. The support team is amazing and world class! Super friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Inconvénients :

The dashboard could use a modern update, which the guys are working on already.

BrandVerity Saved Our Company 22X What It Cost Us

Commentaires : We had issues protecting misuse of our brand in paid search results. There was a growing trend of other advertisers utilizing our protected brand and exploiting it in different manners. This was driving up our cost of customer acquisition but was also a bad experience for customers as they were obviously looking for us, but being taken elsewhere unexpectedly. We recently conducted an ROI estimate of using BrandVerity for our first year and the cost of the service returned 22X in saved conversions and reduced ad spend. We're thrilled!

Avantages :

BrandVerity is very easy to use (once you know how) and reporting is a breeze for when it comes time to evaluate ROI. With some education of the tasks you're supposed to be performing in the account, it is actually very intuitive. The software has been stable, bug free and always available when we've used it every week for the past year.

Inconvénients :

Without education from your account manager it can definitely feel a little overwhelming using the software for the first time. In our case, I felt the account manager interpreted our goals very well, and so recommended the activities most suitable to achieve these. Generally, in my experience, a lot of software you are left to your own devices in the account to make of it what you will, but in our case, the hand holding was appreciated, it also ensured we made use of the software and kept us accountable to our goals.

Avantages :

BrandVerity has been phenomenal in helping us monitor our paid search channel. Their dashboard is very user friendly, and their team has been incredibly flexible with allowing us to customize our policies to directly tailor our needs. Every person I have come in contact with at the company has been a joy to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Inconvénients :

There are some features which could be improved upon. It would be ideal to have an option to link directly to the ad screenshots within the exportable excel files. Another feature that would be beneficial would be the option to choose a custom date range in the share of voice reporting.
