"Great system to sell rooms and beds / even possible to sell the same room as a private or dorm"

Commentaires: Love it, will always highly recommend!
Particularly as training is super simple. Selling opportunities for beds, both in dorms and private rooms are great and it's easy to use, even if you are neither a techy nor interested in all the ins and outs of the system. You get nice and easy to follow videos to learn about different options the system provides and it's fun to try and get going.

Avantages: It's easy to use, simple to learn, providing lots of direct APIs and with that great flexibility for connecting direct to different OTAs. It acts as a channel manager, rather than just linking to a channel manager, which always cuts down on options to the smallest common denominator.
With book.world you get all kinds of possibilities to work with OTAs.
The most important and beautiful asset book.world offers: work with dorms and private rooms in every single combination - sell your one quad room as a private twin, triple, quad or dormitory mixed, male, female - what every you prefer or everything at the same time, being relaxed because you can trust the system to make no mistakes about closing availability on the different channels and ensuring the correct offer once the room has been booked as any of the available room types.

Inconvénients: If you want to use the same system as a cash register, this gets a little complicated. It's easier to have a separate cash register, where you can quick and easy type in your every transaction. Whereas book.world is amazing to administer and sell your beds.

"Perfect solution for any hostel"

Avantages: Book.World is perfect for us to manage our hostel with both shared rooms and private rooms as well. We like that it can also be used offline, the ease of use , the useful reports available and that it works as a channel manager as well. Friendly support and good training.

Inconvénients: Overall we are satisfied, nothing in particular.

"An early adopter, and a continued committed customer"

Commentaires: It's been great overall.

Avantages: The software has adapted with industry needs over the past 13 years we've been using the software. It's super easy to train people on it, which is a must if you're going to have people working for a few months at a time on your reception

Inconvénients: No major complaints. Sometimes when a question arises it takes awhile to get an answer that a non-tech layperson can understand. Also, the main person is in Australia, with a time difference to factor in. But I appreciate the fact that it isn't a conglomerate run by interns and I can directly get in touch with the company partners.
