Commentaires: Adding client information to gather data needed for many areas , I feel this program does a good job of being able to create reports
Would like to see more detailed options added to this program

Avantages: Really like the features of the smart reports
Easy to input data and acessing inportant information
Tracking client or service provider information is quite easy with program structure
Dashboard is simple and visually understandable
Well designed for quick information (filtering options)
Excellent customer service by program software representative
Program can be exciting to use when creating amazing smart reports for tracking purposes

Inconvénients: There weren't too many areas I didn't like once explained by the program representative who designed the ABCD program to fit the needs of our team

Commentaires: Our collaborative needed a data management solution that could be customized and changed over time, user friendly, and support evaluation. ABCD delivered on all fronts; provided the training in a supportive manner and responsive to the collaboration's requests. Our experience with ABCD has shown the senior serving sector the value of shared data management.

Avantages: ABCD supports the work of our collaborative - the report functionality, the customization, the evaluative learning. Support from KRD has been outstanding.

Inconvénients: Our group of largely inexperienced data base users had a uphill learning curve but are cresting - and pleased to be still learning about the system's functionality.
