Avantages: The integration is one of the easiest to complete. Really good support and excellent staff to work with.
Inconvénients: The only issue is when internet goes down, but there is a dial up backup available.

Commentaires: We received a solid solution for integrated credit card processing into our SAAS automotive shop management system, Omnique.
Avantages: Very easy connection using eConduit. We would have used 360 Payments first if we would have known them earlier.
Inconvénients: None that I can think of so far! Working with credit card companies is a pain but 360 changed that for Omnique!

Commentaires: Competitive pricing and ease of use means that it saves us time and money
Avantages: Assistance when needed and the good rates, Everything about their system is easy. I like that we are speaking to the same people when we do need help rather than being passed around some faceless call center.
Inconvénients: I am really sorry but I can't think of anything that I don't like. I have to put something in here but can't think of anything bad at all to say.

Avantages: Simple and fast integration. Very Easy to use. 360 Truly cares about their merchants, something that is hard to find in the Processing industry.
Inconvénients: none that I can think of. Every experience I have had with them has been very good. No complaints here.

Avantages: Good customer service and fees are not that high.
Inconvénients: Sometimes the terminals need a little fine-tuning, but the customer service is helpful with that.
