Commentaires : Its been fine so far. We had some teething problems with the blacklist function initially but it seems to work fine now. I realise this is moving in to the realms of Hubspot but guidance on how to automate workflows in Hubspot via the LC API and best practice automation guidance would be helpful to get the most out of Lead Connect.

Avantages :

Direct integration with Hubspot and blacklist features were the main reasons for moving from DuxSoup.

Inconvénients :

The UX could be clearer and better explained. It is not always obvious how a function works and there are limited tooltips or guides to assist. There are also a few bugs which are a bit annoying nut have been flagged.

Literally love this LinkedIn Connection software.

Avantages :

I love how you can target exactly who you want. Makes it incredibly easy to connect with potential clients.

Inconvénients :

Honestly the only complaint I have is that you can't use it on Mac. I have to set up a Virtual Windows Desktop to use it.

Commentaires : Generally really happy with the service offered. I did not research other options on the market - instead I found this and did not need to get a different software package. It has helped me connect to specific people as well as reach out with a direct message to those on my network.

Avantages :

The software makes it easy to search and reach out to people on the LinkedIn network; start a conversation; as well as continue to develop a business relationship. It automates the process saving a lot of time! This is certainly something that social media marketers will be using so get yourself this and tailor-make it for yourself.

Inconvénients :

It will only run when the internet connection is available - that means that there will be times when the service wont run e.g. when away from the desk [but who is nowadays!?]

Commentaires : The tiresome tasks of generating leads is now automated for me and now I can utilize my time for much important work like converting Leads to Customers.

Avantages :

Everything is just perfect but blacklisting and follow-up features are the ones I loved the most. And it's just that you need to put in efforts once and you'll be generating leads daily, I find that the best.

Inconvénients :

Maybe its nothing about the tool that I didn't like. Sequences, Prospecting, Exporting Leads, Message Cadence everything is just so perfect.

Helps me automate outreach so I'm working even when I'm not working

Commentaires : LeadConnect has been great for me. I've used it to reach out to different cohorts that are important to a start-up I work with. I've also used it to automate sending invitations to various events.

Avantages :

Very cool software allows you to search for a group on LinkedIn and then automate outreach to them.

Inconvénients :

While it is by no means difficult to use the UX and design could be a little better to make it even easier.

This is the Linkedin tool everyone's been looking for

Avantages :

I have a few things that I really enjoy about Leadconnect. The first was that it's stand-alone program that can run in the background within LinkedIn and does not disrupt my sessions. I've tried other programs that basically take over your linkedin page and you're not able to do much while they're running. I also love how easy it is to set up a new sequence and that they track previous invites for you and make sure that you don't send duplicate invitations.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I don't care for within Leadconnect is that you must have a google chrome app installed and also a web browser up to do different parts of the sequence and messaging. I'd love for all steps from start to finish be on the chrome app so that it's more streamlined.

Avantages :

LeadConnect is so easy to set up. It's like having an additional person on your team with LeadConnect. I have tons of responses every day and it has nearly doubled my production!

Inconvénients :

There's not much I would change. Perhaps more reporting and analytics? Visuals around prospect heat mapping!

It's great, but a lot of bucks and improvement needed

Commentaires : In the end, it's saving time for me, even though I sometimes need to fix the mentioned problems myself.

Avantages :

For someone who generates leads mainly through linkedIn, this software is must have! Because it does all the necessary work for contacting people so that I can focus on my business.

Inconvénients :

I don't know where to start. Sometimes it just stops contacting people without even notifying me or giving a specific error. So I need to contact the support or do research which is a time consumer. For a software THAT expensive, this is a NO GO. The Usability therefore is awful. Sometimes, a follow up message won't be send and I don't know why. There are a lot of these little issues that appear which make this software not wort the price YET, because it's still in a huge development process.

Avantages :

It does what it says it will do. It is easy to use.

Inconvénients :

Needs to provide more explicit confirmations about deleted connections. Some still received follow up messages.

Helps save time so I can concentrate on other things

Commentaires : I am extremly happy to have found LeadConnect, I would spend one to two hours a day researching for leads now I can use that time to follow up with the leads that do come in.

Avantages :

It is very easy to set up and once it is rolling the leads flow in by themselves.

Inconvénients :

The one down side about this software is when you have no more prospects to enroll message you can not put the enroll number to zero, you must either delete the sequence or keep it at one enrollment. The down side of this is that bt deleting your sequence you no linger can see your previous research and if you leave it at one it takes away the number of searches you can do by day.

Commentaires : My overall experience has been great, with minimal interuptions and ease of use I was working with Lead connect easily from day 1.

Avantages :

Lead connect has worked really well for me across multiple searches and industries. The follow up message function that stops and allows me to reply has worked every time without multiple messages being sen to the same people. It has also acted randomly and not like an automated system allowing my outreach to feel very normal

Inconvénients :

I haven't been able to intergrate sapier with lead connect. I couldn't find lead connect as an option in Zapier, this would be something I would like to see imporved

Commentaires : It seems to work well with building up the number of contacts you are connected to.

Avantages :

I like the concept and the apparent uptake on responses.

Inconvénients :

It is not intuitive enough in that the search algorithms are too narrow. It may be that I did not set the parameters up well enough but I found the set up procedure vague with instructions and struggled to get the correct follow up messages. I am still unsure if the follow up messages went out or not. The contacts who accept the invitations may not be the right person I need to connect with.

Avantages :

This product allows you to connect with and communicate so many people. The follow up communication allows for the communication to be authentic and original.

Inconvénients :

If you are attempting to connect with new people and you get a few "I don't know you" from people on LinkedIn you will get your privilege to connect with people taken away.

Commentaires : It's my first time ever using such a software and its been fine. I have never used any other so can't compare.

Avantages :

It's easy to use and form what I can see they keep upgrading it to handle bugs/glitches

Inconvénients :

Customer Support takes a long time to revert. They are not on line all the time, sometimes take a day or more to revert or engage which can be frustrating if its urgent. But they are very helpful once you do get them on line and usually solve the problem very quickly.

Good for expanding your network

Commentaires : LeadConnect helps by automating and at the same time personalizing strategic LinkedIn interactions while allows you to stay on track with other daily company stuff.

Avantages :

I like the feature that facilitates personalized connection requests on LinkedIn. In a daily work of recruiter if you want to be close to a talent then you need to connect with fellow recruiters out there, LeadConnect does it for you, amazing time saver!

Inconvénients :

Till now I did not find any disadvantages.

Commentaires : LeadConnect helps us to make a normally outbound sales process become an inbound sport. Rep and his team are responsive and the platform continues to extend its functionality.

Avantages :

Ease of use - we were setup within a few minutes Effectiveness of the strategy

It is not a fully baked platform because they keep adding new features. Sometimes they don't work. BUT, rep and his team do an awesome job of communicating and making quick fixes.

Avantages :

auto-connection and follow up message. Over all good for network connection.

Inconvénients :

Refund process is hopeless, it is TRULY not AUTOMATED. as customer I had difficulty in cancellation (although support is requested in advance) still I have been Charged. Here I have been charged - amount refunded is got it back after followup - but i have lossed money , taxes which is paid on charged amount.

Commentaires : LC is a huge time saver. Overall my experience has been extremely positive.

Avantages :

LeadConnect is easy to use. It is especially powerful when coupled with Sales Navigator to narrow search.

Inconvénients :

So far every competitor of this tool appears to be just a reskined version. There are no differences. It seems like someone sold their code/UI to all the players. I'd love a more robust tool.
