OUTIL PRATIQUE
Commentaires : J'apprécie ADP pour toutes les fonctions proposées, mais ausii lorsque je déclare mes impôts plus besoin de reprendre les fiches de paie ou de renseigner un fichier excel car l'outil nous indique le nombre de jour travaillés
Avantages :
Cet outil est très pratique notamment pour saisir ses congés, les valider en instantanée, analyser les jours d'absence et ou de présence de chacun
Inconvénients :
je n'en vois pas, pour le moment j'apprécie tous les accès qu'offre ADP

All-Encompassing Solution for those who can live without a "White Glove" Payroll Experience
Commentaires : Overall positive, I prefer ADP over the 2 other payroll systems I've used, and the price is fair as well.
Avantages :
Ease of processing payroll, and ability to contact customer service regularly to get custom reporting and resolve issues.
Inconvénients :
Some solutions to issues are not obvious at all in the platform, and the only way to really learn is by talking with an ADP employee, and then learning it for next time. This can be a time-sink sometimes for smaller issues.

Exceeded Expectations
Commentaires : The Payroll, Reporting and HR services team have provided valuable insights and assistance whether for routine questions or more complex issues helping me make informed decisions.
Avantages :
It is User friendly, it streamlines complex HR tasks making payroll process, benefits and reporting a lot easier.
Inconvénients :
The one thing I did not like was that they do not provide IT team come to our location to set up the clocks the assistance was done only via phone and it was time consuming and inconvenient.
Consistently Inconsistent
Commentaires : Overall disappointed with the level of inconsistency at all levels.
Avantages :
They have proven to to be a valuable part of our Payroll and HR Business compliance. ADP Comprehensive Services has kept us in compliance. They really look into how you are using the services and help to level up the experience.
Inconvénients :
Their systems don't work well together, I wish it was a little more customizable from the client side, inconsistency in support and extending the customer support time beyond 5PM. We've had settings reversed or access removed without anyone adjusting anything, so there are occasionally some bugs that have to be worked through. Would have liked more guided set-up in some areas. Their training resources/guides can definitely use an upgrade, L&D module is very basic.

My opinion on Comprehensive Services
Commentaires : In the past I had issues, but I have a good team now, so my overall experience is a 9. There is always room for improvement.
Avantages :
When you have a good representative, the service is amazing. It is like having an additional person on your team.
Inconvénients :
At times, I feel like service wants to push issues back to my dedicated representative, and at time the turnaround is not that quick.
