Data driven marketers- this one's for you!

Commentaires : I have been using Traackr for 8 years and I cannot do my job without it! My experience with Traackr has grown in-line with my experience in my career in general- it has evolved into something data first, agile and creator-driven- just like influencer marketing has! Plus- the team at Traackr is super trail blazing when it comes to quantifying influencer marketing success- so it feels like having thought leaders as partners.

Avantages :

I love the robust analytics included within this platform- from footprint analytics, to audience analytics and through to your campaign's conversion and performance analytics- there is no platform with more in platform data available to users.

Inconvénients :

The campaign workflow can be clunky, especially if you are running campaigns for niche and one-funnel purposes, (i.e. top funnel campaign may not even needs links, bottom funnel campaign may not require so many soft analytics steps).

Very useful system, strong on analytics

Commentaires : Really positive experience using the tool on identification and analytics work. My team don’t do long term relationship management (simply because it's not our role within the business) but I can see the tool would be able to support this well. Would definitely recommend as an influencer software.

Avantages :

Traackr is easy to use and has many useful features. It has a large database and a good search functionality so it is useful for finding influencers across a range of topics and in different countries. The network maps and social listening options are extremely useful, as is the functionality for checking articles being shared organically by influencers. Analytics options within the charts give you lots of useful cuts of the data and it's great being able to share the livelink to the charts. It's a strong option for influencer discovery, relationship management and analytics. I also find the customer service team to be helpful and very prompt with replies, which is really appreciated.

Inconvénients :

Taking a good screenshot of the network maps can be a bit of a challenge and it can take a little time to dig into the tweets connecting the influencers - it would be great to be able to see that within the map rather than having to check the influencer profile. Price wise I think it starts at a really competitive price point, which is the reason we've been able to use it on so moany projects, however I would like to see more economies of scale within the pricing so I could sell it in on larger projects

Commentaires : I think it is very easy to use and can be helpful when you're starting from scratch. I find myself using it less when I'm working on a project that's outside of a major city and I rarely use the project management tools.

Avantages :

The project and tagging features are really helpful to stay organized when working with so many influencers.

Inconvénients :

The language used doesn't really line-up to what you're doing if you're working with unpaid influencers. I like the ability to put people into different buckets/stages within a project, but it would be nice if those boxes were customizable. When looking for influencers in smaller cities, I think the pool of people could be better. Those areas don't have as many mega-influencers and it is hard to find people with 7-15k followers who are very influential locally.

Avantages :

The ability to download post level data including IG reels is an advantage we get over other tools we work with. Also, the accuracy of data is very high.

Inconvénients :

The ability to export full account data ie all the posts without creating any keyword query is what we would like to have as it is required in our day-to-day job.

Commentaires : Using this platform has made me a better influencer marketer, educator, and more understanding of the brand's needs and influencer's needs!

Avantages :

Traackr is truly the best when it comes to influencer discovery, vetting, and tracking. I have worked on numerous campaigns across multiple clients and this is the only way to stay hyper-organized from start to finish. I love that I can search granular details while casting a wide net when tracking.

Inconvénients :

The only complaint is that sometimes TikTok's don't populate but we know that's a TikTok problem :) Traackr always manually ads in pieces of content that don't show up the second we flag them.
