Commentaires: I use myPOS for something that probably the least of its users use it for. I send out Payment Requests which my clients receive as e-mail or SMS. They pay by credit/debit card and I get the money instantly. For now I am keeping the money in my account there. There is no interest rate but no charges either. They send you a few debit cards for free and I use those to spend the money. Could also send the money to my bank for less that an Euro but I keep it there. Off-shore money. Hillarius.

Avantages: The biggest advantage is how fast you can start using myPOS. Either if you need to collect card payments face to face with a POS terminal, OR if you have an on-line shop or other online business. Starting to use myPOS is fast, getting the money is instant, and spending or withdrawing them is immediate. They have a 24/7 support covering 20 languages.

Inconvénients: myPOS is evolving very fast. Because the niche it occupies demands that. But I mean this halfway as a negative thing. It grows new features daily and it's becoming a mess. This week you can approve payments with the mobile app, next day you can make instant bank payments for the UK. A million new buttons and menus pop up. Then they make a re-design of the web app and the mobile app to accomodate that. But then everything has a new place. As I mentioned, they have a big live support branch, but they are not as helpful as you need them to be when it comes to instant payments.

Avantages: This software is very user friendly, easy to program and rarely ever has any issues. I love using it everyday.

Inconvénients: There really isnt anything that I don't like about MyPOS. Its made my daily work a lot easier!

Avantages: very easy to use . very fast money transfer in real time . if you have even a small business it is a great help as you dont need a pos device .

Inconvénients: sometimes moneytransfers on this account can take a day longer than usual

Impossible Adminstration Rules & Not Customer Friendly

Commentaires: One sentence, impossible to deal with, bad customer support and useless admin regulations wasting the customers time. Simple requests such as change of an email address is one required to: Verify all details once more such as: Date Of Birth, Account Number, Address, Business Name, Business Registration Number. Then you send all those and they ask for more info once more. You further send the Account Number and once more the previouse email and the email you want to change to, and still not enough. After that they want to speak with you once more to verify the change. Do i need to go on? I think you get the Picture, unless you want to waste your time on administrational task, because of their red tape policies, dont join them.

Avantages: It worked mostly when i used it and was hand to have when processingn payments

Inconvénients: After being with the Company as Business Customer for over 1 Year, their restructuring of regulations made it impossible to deal with support and administration to get my details verified again and approved. It took me 4 emails, 3 Phone Calls and follow up responses to verify again all my details on my account, just to change my email adress, spent at least 2 hours of my time and had to wait 1 week before it finally got confirmed. Impossible Company to deal with and their support is even more impossible. Would not use them again, even if i would get paid for it.

Avantages: I use myPOS for 2 years now. There are no monthly fees and taking payments is so easy. It's perfect for small business owners.

Inconvénients: Everything works fine. I'm absolutely satisfied.
