Easy to use
Avantages :
It was really easy to use to ask hr about the questions that I had and to get the responses that I need to do my work efficiently and in a timely fashion.
Inconvénients :
I have not yet found anything that I dislike about this software.
Great chatBot for reaching out to HR
Avantages :
I used AskHR to reach out to the representatives from payroll or hR and I can get my answers. It’s great chatbot as I always get my queries answered and never faced any connectivity issues
Inconvénients :
User interface and mobile support can be made better

Avantages :
This is a great tool for me personally, I use it frequently at work and while I don't mind calling up the head office and getting information, it's super easier to use AskHR. I needed payroll information for myself, and it provided me with the last few cycles. Instead of waiting 1-2 weeks for Monica to send it down, I got the information within minutes.
Inconvénients :
Don't really have any complaints as of yet, although it did take a while for my employer to set up the AskHR. That is a user side problem, not a problem with the software :)
