Great for a family office managing multiple properties

Commentaires : The experience has been fantastic. Leasecake is simple to use and easy to understand.

Avantages :

Saves me at least five hours a week compared to when I used spreadsheets and calendar reminders to track my 50+ tenants. My colleagues and I always have easy access to current lease and contact information about our tenants. Collecting rent is far easier now that my tenants can pay electronically. We don't spend nearly as much time chasing down checks.

Inconvénients :

Excited about being able to add reminders for equipment warranties, scheduled maintenance, etc.

Leasecake has made our lives easier

Commentaires : We didn't have any way to reliably prepare for notices due. We had a manual excel spreadsheet that needed to be eyeballed for notice dates, leasecake solved that with email notices. For example, I can tell it to send me a reminder 210 days before lease expiration if the notice is due 180 days prior. That gives us 1 month to decide what we want to do. I can create reports for next 18 months expiration dates to update senior management on the near future of our outlook, allows us to properly plan development after acquisition. Exporting all time rent schedules allows us to plan for future years.

Avantages :

The product itself is straightforward, easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. The best function is the monthly import it creates for our ASC842 calculation. There is minimal manipulation of this file to get imported into our accounting software, and soon there will be API connection to make this process even easier. The time saved with the ASC842 calculation is massive, I would estimate over 100 hours desk time saved over the past 18 months.

Inconvénients :

I honestly don't think there are any deficiencies with the product. Anything lacking is due to a lack of detail within our own leases which get reflected in leasecake. If your information is accurate and reliable, leasecake has features that will optimize how you can view and maintain that data and there shouldn't be a deficiency from the leasecake side whatsoever.

Great platform for property management

Avantages :

User interface is a huge plus with Leasecake. Its so user friendly, you do not need to be trained on how to use the application; its very intuitive.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was more availability to create visually comprehensive dashboards.

Commentaires : I really enjoy using Leasecake on my Real Estate documents. I find that getting to the HVAC clauses are really easy and that is mostly what I use Leasecake for as I am a Facilities Manager.

Avantages :

Best thing about Leasecake is that it is a one-stop shop for all things legal in your portfolio.

Inconvénients :

I think that the user interface could be more efficient. Again, this is purely cosmetic. Everything else is great!

Avantages :

From the start, Leasecake's team of people has always been top-notch. They are thorough in their training sessions, and always willing to assist at any time of day. The Leasecake platform has helped our company become more organized, efficient, and knowledgable about our leases - their Team is just the icing on the cake.

Inconvénients :

We would like if the platform was already tied into Contract Management, without being an add on. Other than that, everything is great!
