Impressive Tool Space for improvement
Commentaires : As described above even with the current layout it is one of the best tools out there in the market. I would be using no matter what.
Avantages :
I Love the multiple options that you have to run reports and being able to export them on different formats.
Inconvénients :
It can get improved to become more user friendly. A small improvement on Graphics and interface can break it to the next level.
If you loose it, Chargerback will find it!
Commentaires : Chargerback has made my job much easier, it has made many guests happy when they would finally locate and retrieve their precious items so thanks to Chargerback - you look like a hero!
Avantages :
Chargerback is a great online tool that allows lost & found items to be added to the database and later found by the owners, matched to their description and returned! It is easily accessible via the website and the interface is very straight forward. A lot of details and descriptions can be added for each of the lost items, making it much more easier to locate and identify the item(s).
Inconvénients :
There is actually not many things to not like about a software solution that allows you to sort out an inconvenience of your guests (if in hospitality business). The only thing that might be stated as a downside is that it is not an installation software, so there is no local database on your PC. Everything is online so you do need to rely on the good internet connection.

Very friendly and organized
Commentaires : we use it every week in our job, we enter there different items to send them ashore to our main office, its easy, friendly and very organized, it helps in out job to make it easier and quicker.
Avantages :
The way that very easy to organize and look fort the information placed in it.
Inconvénients :
sometimes is very slow, but i think is due to the Ship conexion
