This app has been game changing for how we communicate with staff.
Avantages :
I like the ease of use as a Coordinator. My time spent scheduling has shrunk majorly, leaving me more time to focus on recruiting, on-boarding and training. The calendar makes it really easy for me to see what my week looks like. The sorting function help me isolate events to more easily see events. Even the color and font choices used in the apps is pleasing to the eye! The support from the Nowsta team has been amazing. They always respond within minutes through their direct messaging function and not only resolve the issue, but are a blast to work with. It's been a year that we have used the software and there have been endless improvements to functionality. They have expanded the system in many ways, allowing us to change our payroll functions and save money. Many times, we have seen areas for improvement, have sent the Nowsta team suggestions and then seen the tweaks in the app a few weeks later. The team at Nowsta is the ultimate example of continuous improvement. My staff really enjoys using the app and it has actually been a help in hiring as well. I mention it during the interview and I have seen candidates' faces light up with excitement that we schedule with such a convenient form of communication.
Inconvénients :
The timeclock function on the app can be buggy and not record proper times, but I let the Nowsta team know and it's usually fixed right away. It's also an easy fix as a Coordinator, to adjust the times on the desktop.

Commentaires : Great was first a user and found it very beneficial and now the administrator and it is essential
Avantages :
Nowsta is essential in Staffing our events. Provides easy communication tools.
Inconvénients :
Custom reports and scheduled reports would help automate processes and keep groups in the know. And reporting for published shifts replies (nowsta tells me that someone declined direct requests, would be nice to know about published ones too when Staffing various shifts and events in a day)

Commentaires : Terrible. completely terrible. They were never available to help me with a problem or take accountability for their software's mistakes
Avantages :
I don't, the whole point of the company is to track employees and they can't even do that correctly.
Inconvénients :
Customer service. They refuse to help me when I shared with them that their platform is misreporting all of the calculations from overtime worked, total pay, and total hours worked. Very basic math required to figure this out and they can't even do that correctly

Commentaires : I can not gush any mor than I have. It is the best managing software I have ever used. It meets all my staffing needs- and exceeds them with Nowsta Flex. I could not be a happier camper.
Avantages :
Nowsta creates a space where I can successfully create and customize events to our companies particular needs. We are also able to more easily evaluate our staff and track hours worked. Communication with our staff is an absolute breeze with the built in announcement feature.
Inconvénients :
I have not bumped into anything that Nowsta has not already changed (adding the "unavailable" feature was a dream come true)

I like that Nowsta works well for our team and that they are constantly improving the product with the input of their users.

If it could export information back to our catering software, that would be helpful but our catering software does not have that capability
