You can organize your projects/tasks/subtasks hierarchically (outline layout), add as many child tasks as you want to your tree, define time maps and preferred times to execute tasks, define budgets so as to not over-concentrate on a single subject, and much more. The main feature is the ability to click an "Update Schedule" button and let Skedpal do all the math behind the scenes to deliver a plan to your day. No more giving poor estimates to upcoming projects\! What doesn't fit gets put on a separate list called "suggestions" where you have the opportunity to reschedule things.
