Commentaires : Great. No issues. Clean and easy UX. We also have a complex legacy commission structure and pay out in years two and three. Performio handles those past closed deals and commissions with ease. WIth our last solution, my team would have at least one error per period. Thus far, very few, minor issues, that are detected faster and resolved sooner. That leaves the reps paid and happy!
Avantages :
Performio is a great solution. We used a blend of homemade and SFDC systems that created a lot of labor issues around governance, disputes and automation. Items were missed, and trust is lost.
Inconvénients :
Nothing as of yet. I just wish I had more commissions in the software... but that's my issue.

Flexible, configurable and efficient
Avantages :
The system is flexible, efficient and configurable which is great as it allows us (admin users) to self-tweak as much as practical which in turn means that small change requests to business rules can often be executed very quickly and with minimal fuss. On the occasions where development work or troubleshooting assistance was required, a representative was always easily reachable and turnaround times were always reasonable. The frontend Dashboard capabilities allows for the data to be presented in way that is both engaging and easy to understand. It is also accessible on any device which is very handy.
Inconvénients :
There is none that I can think of at the moment

Commentaires : Peerformio fits the needs of my job and makes it easier for me to spend time on other things without worrying about issues with Performio.
Avantages :
I love seeing my new and renewal revenue all in one place. The commission statements are easy to read and show me exactly what I need to know.
Inconvénients :
At first, we had a lot of trouble with missed opportunities and not getting paid for them. In the last 6-12 months this has drastically improved.

Great SAAS that makes tracking commissions a breeze. As an employee of a company that uses Performio they always are correct and make sure my pay is the right amount.

Dashboard and details are pretty impactful. Ease of usage. Didn't used it for integration but looks like it's good.

The delay in data display once the month ends is something that needs improvement.

Commentaires : I can see where my performance falls, and the teams impact on my overall compensation, better planning, and budgeting, makes my spouse happier as well.
Avantages :
Transparency of my statements, as well as ease of understanding. Click two buttons and you have the full report, ready for review and clarification.
Inconvénients :
Speed to load at times is rough, more a function of my wi fi connection than the software itself.

Commentaires : Overall, we are happy with Performio. The platform have improvements to work on but the Team have been extremely helpful and supportive in understanding our business objectives. They are investing in evolving the platform with improved functions and features.
Avantages :
What we like most about the software is it's customizable from a box-solution. We were stuck in a box in our previous platform and it was difficult to expand our incentives as well as our reporting.
Inconvénients :
The Plan sign-off for the Users need some improvement because it's period based and lacks a pdf upload option. From the admin side, the templates in the box solution should allow more flexibility without needing to find work arounds.
Easy to Navigate
Commentaires : I am able to look out how much I am getting paid out for each deal in which marketing bracket as well as where all of my accounts are at with being activated.

Very easy to use and navigate through the application to view commission and the explanations behind what is being paid out.

Nothing needs to be improved. I think overall it is a very well structured application.

Might be simpler to correct individual accounts and their commission percentage with a dropdown menu as opposed to typing in percentage for each.

Commentaires : When Performio was first introduced roughly three years ago, it was not nearly at the performance level that it is today. Bugs have been fixed, reliability has improved and this has become a solid tool for our monthly commission payment facilitator.
Avantages :
Automates our monthly commission payment process; we were mostly manual previously. Easy to use/navigate interface. Likely don't us it to full capacity at this point
Inconvénients :
Unsure of reporting capabilities; would like to be able to ascertain an employees earning history, but it appears this can only be done by adding up each month separately.

There is a complete list of all sales for the previous month. I use this to compare to my billing. Also like that everything is archived for easy reference.
Inconvénients :
In the past I have needed to clear my cache to be able to access the new month. 3rd party digital revenue is entered manually.

Commentaires : I'm an end user and couldn't answer some of these questions correctly (compare price to other products? Have no idea how much we pay for Performio)

It's really the only software program for commission I've ever used. It's better than pencil and paper!
Inconvénients :
I wish it would list all of my accounts in alphabetical order. Or I could switch them by descending order. Or ways in which I can look at my commission differently. There is no rhyme or reason to how it is listed now and it's a very detailed, cumbersome list. Also header is always incorrect. And finally, why can't our DIGAS commission be included in this report as well?

It is very easy to use as it takes in the data and tells you how is your performance, it also shows you easy to understand charts depicting your performance in a quarterly manner. Also understanding your commission is so easy with performio.
Inconvénients :
I have not had any issue with Performio till now.
