More than a simple program, it is a great business partner, excellent!
Avantages :
We capture data from multiple local business partners. And thanks to this excellent partner of business, has helped us a lot and our reports and files are all grouped and put together correctly. With local clarity, we are able to rank our local partners and accelerate assessments.
Inconvénients :
I don't really have anything that should be reported, I just have praise for this tool.
Excellent Reputation Management Tool
Avantages :
Love this reputation management tool. The reporting is clear and easy to understand. The reviews inbox makes it very easy to respond to reviews in a single location. The most outstanding feature of LocalClarity is the support. Their response time to any questions or requests is extremely quick! The price is great as well!
Inconvénients :
There are no issues that I see with the software.

Local Clarity is an amazing partner to have.
Commentaires : We were looking for a solid full-featured partner who was offering a white label product and Local Clarity was offering a solution we knew would help our clients deliver on the experience their customers & guests expected from their brand. Our clients manage all their reviews from all review boards for all their locations using a single "Inbox" and reduce internal resource costs. Managing their online reputation without adding substantial costs is a huge benefit.
Avantages :
We are a white label partner located in Canada and I have to say, Local Clarity and their team is amazing to deal with. They are open to adding features, listen to any concerns you have, provide the support you need and best of all help us grow.
Inconvénients :
Nothing. I spent months looking for a partner who has the tools we needed to help our clients manage their reviews and reputation. No other provider could offer what Local Clarity offered.
LocalClarity has been a great addition to our community management and PR workflow.
Commentaires : efficiency in checking all client's location, media uploads, ratings and also a more detailed reporting system
Avantages :
Taking traditional data from the big G and also more platforms being added while adding customization. I find managing client reviews, making location data (granular and robust reporting system) easy to read and dissect to be the ideal help. New features are also being added as the platform explores more ways to make Location data for business more efficient and useful.
Inconvénients :
The messaging system on the platform may not be as interactive as some other platforms in regards to social media, however, their forte is the Location data side of things.

Avantages :
The easy to follow dashboard and the set up is also very simple. Responding to posts are as easy as handling simple email!
Inconvénients :
Perhaps that the incoming posts are not live- but that is ok! I think that it would be live chat portal to be live-
