The team at Ballparc has been incredibly helpful to me and my operation team.
Avantages: Ballparc is always extremely receptive to feedback on functionality or other requests that we may have.
Inconvénients: I have very few complaints about the software itself. The only change that I would make would a small change to the user interface of the website, making some of the buttons and processes a little bit more intuitive.

Great Software! Thoughtful, instinctive and adaptable.
Avantages: The functionality of the software as a data gathering device for parking, both in events and enforcement, as well as the instinctive and responsive web portal and customer interface ensure this products continued viability in this evolving market place for many years to come.
Inconvénients: They currently only offer this software through an Apple device, I am not the biggest Apple fan, so the only improvement I can really offer is that they add Android functionality.

Worked well overall. We had a very hard time in the rain and some lot attendant issues.
Avantages: I like the look and easy setup. The fact that the software works seamlessly with the Parkmobile system great.
Inconvénients: iPads are cumbersome while also taking cash and scanning paper permits. Very tough to scan in rain, even light rain. There needs to be a screen lock to prevent attendants from accidentally navigating away from the scanning screen. There also needs to be a continual scan option to avoid having to select continue and barcode each time.

Very easy and intuitive to use.
Avantages: Very simple for a cashier to operate. Very self explanatory as a supervisor setting the event up.
Inconvénients: Very difficult for us to change and tweak things as it is so simple. While the operation is straight forward, trying to tweak it in a one off setting becomes difficult.

Avantages: ballparc has been great. I have used it for parking in the city.
Inconvénients: No cons. I have used ballparc more than 5 times and it worked wonders on finding parking!!!!
