Commentaires : We are managing our OTA from AxisRooms as well as we have gets the GDS connectivity through this channel manager. It is very user friendly and cost effective solution that have the feature to integrate with the PMS system.
Avantages :
Almost anything will be positive if it’s an example of a true OTA manager from one panel, extra-feature in this channel manager have GDS features.
Inconvénients :
We using this software since last 6 month and during that time I found their customer support is excellent and their cooperation I like very much also the software is very much user friendly.
Great and prompt customer service
Commentaires : Very good. The customer support team are excellent, specially Daminni who is my account manager. They addressed an issue I was having with generating payment links for manual bookings and resolved the matter in a timely and professional manner

Easy interface, but could make updating availability a little more user friendly
Inconvénients :
When updating availability for future months after saving it goes back to current month

Commentaires : Whatever business problem I was trying to solve with this product isn't solved. On top of that it has become an overhead to manage one more product.
Avantages :
Overall, the quality of the product is mediocre. I have nothing good to say about this product. I have been a software engineer and business owner for over twenty years and worked for several reputed brands too. This software is nowhere close to being a mature product.
Inconvénients :
- Not reliable- Too many "ifs" and "buts", which means you end up doing several tasks manually that this software claims to do for you.- The support team is clueless
