While Zappysys did an amazing job (most vendors never include this in their product) including examples, links and even help text, some of these screens contain over 100 pieces of information and sometimes it's hard to know which 1 or 2 or 7 things need to be filled in and when and why. > > Pretty much summed up the first 2 questions. It is so flexible almost against it's own good--but don't tell them I said that because I don't want to lose the flexibility, just want to understand more :) Zappysys has fantastic support as well.
