Avantages :

Le logiciel Numbers pour moi est très efficace cars grâce à ce logiciel je maîtrise plus de calcul plus pourtant j’avais du mal à m’en sortir au par avant et je gagne en temps plus facilement quand je veux effectuer des calculs dans tous les domaines

Inconvénients :

Il faut revoir selon moi le graphisme et laisser le temps de finir la rédaction des chiffres avant de donner un résultat

Numbers, le tableau indispensable

Avantages :

Ce que j'apprécie le plus avec numbers c'est sa facilité d'utilisation avec l'univers d'Apple. Il est possible de partager des fichiers, des tableaux et tout cela très facilement entre appareils Apple.Numbers est également très facile à utiliser pour les novices de tableur. les boutons d'affichage sont ludiques et facile à utiliser.

Inconvénients :

Ce que j'apprécie un petit peu moins c'est qu'il manque quand même certaines fonctionnalités qui empêche les entreprises d'utiliser Numbers.

Avantages :

Ce logiciel permet de creer , de modifier les feuilles de calcule en coopération .

Inconvénients :

Ce logiciel n'a rien comme inconvénients , ça été analysé et approuvé par des chercheurs ! Je vous recommande de l'utiliser massivement .

Un tableur intégré à Mac très intuitif

Commentaires : Numbers est un outil très pratique lorsque l'on travaille sur Mac. Les modèles sont très adaptés à une utilisation personnelle ou professionnelle lorsque l'on gère une petite entreprise. Ils sont facilement modifiables et il n'y a pas de souci de compatibilité de version.

Avantages :

J'utilise Numbers depuis que j'ai un Macbook Pro car c'est une alternative intéressante à Excel. Les modèles sont modernes et épurés, le tableur est simple d'utilisation, et surtout, c'est très intuitif. Je peux partager mes documents avec toute personne travaillant sur Mac ou bien envoyer le fichier sous forme de pdf. Je n'ai pas besoin d'un logiciel compliqué de type Excel car je réalise surtout des suivis d'activité et quelques tableaux comptables sans grande complexité.

Inconvénients :

On peut intégrer le document dans Google Drive mais je n'ai pas trouvé la possibilité de partager via le Drive. Il semble qu'il y ait un problème de compatibilité de fichier. Il faut alors le convertir au format Excel.

Utilisation facile et logiciel gratuit une bonne alternative à certains autres logiciels payant

Inconvénients :

Manque de certains automatismes dans l’utilisation Ex : il faut écrire les dates du mois jour par jour

Pas assez simple d’utilisation compliqué a utiliser

A great tool - but I'm using Google Sheets more often now

Commentaires : A quality app, but needs a UX rethink: Google Sheets is more intuitive. The iCloud syncing needs to be reliable.

Avantages :

I have used Numbers for many years and it is a very high-quality tool. The in-app support (e.g. with formulae) is helpful, and I have learned a lot as a result! It is straightforward to make the sheets and charts look really good, including using brand colours. I like that Numbers is a native app on my devices, and the hand-off means I can access it on desktop, laptop and phone.

Inconvénients :

The syncing with iCloud has been a bit patchy recently. I don't expect bugs like this to happen with Apple: their stuff so often works perfectly, and doesn't need defragging. I use Google Sheets as well as Numbers and am finding that the interface in Sheets is more intuitive than Numbers - for example, when manipulating data. The sharing and collaboration works really well too.

Numbers app - an alternative to Excel

Commentaires : Have not used it much, but overall a pretty, handy software that comes free within the Apple ecosystem.

Commentaires : I found it possible to dive straight in, start making spreadsheets and then learn more as I a went along simply by googling "how to....in numbers". As with any new software it took a little while to become really comfortable with it, but the ability to get started straight away felt positive and motivated me to keep going! This began entirely for business purposes but I now love my spreadsheets so much, I have created several from my personal admin and household organisation - quick and easy and makes one feel in control! :-)

Avantages :

It's relatively easy to use, more intuitive than excel and works well for my fairly basic needs and I know I can do more with it if and when the need arises.

Inconvénients :

Nothing to complain about really! I wish the basic "new file" had slightly bigger cells and the filled cells defaulted to a colour other than grey, but really these are very minor issues which are quite easy to change.

A Lite Microsoft Excel

Commentaires : We've had to use this program on an apple device's when alternative programs were not available to use or purchase due to our IT policies.

Avantages :

It's overall a good program for an apple product.That comes stock on a device and and has the basic functions of a normal microsoft excel.

Inconvénients :

It is by no means microsoft excel and definitely lacks in some of the functionality and features that users are so dependent on within microsoft's well known program

Free Spredsheet Tool for Data Analysis

Commentaires : Intuitive to use. Seamless integration with Apple operating systems.

Avantages :

Very versatile for a free software. I love that it easily and fully integrates with all Apple OS and iOS applications.

Inconvénients :

Lacks some of the maneuverability of Excel.

It works wonderfully as a spreadsheet should. Many options and features but is easy to navigate for even simple tasks.

I wish Numbers was web based so I could share and collaborate.

Numbers for a non-mathematician in a Law Firm

Commentaires : It has been amazing. Aside from the real time collaboration thing, is a trustworthy tool. Quite trustworthy. You're aware you won't find yourself with a damage document or something that is not working for any reason at all. This is why I use it to handle important AOS or Criminal cases. I know numbers will not let down and the sense of privacy that the Numbers creator provides is even better. Feels like a powerful and safe playground for important data.

Avantages :

What I like the most is how user friendly it is due to is UI. Numbers has always characterized itself for being simple but being a powerful tool for data and information. In the Law Firm I work at I have to constantly retrieve data from clients who find themselves in complex situations outside of their country of origin, so not having to deal with an overwhelming UI makes it easier and less stressful for me to use the tool without having to deal with lots of tools I don't really need for case administration stuff. Later, when the time has to, I can either use the information for me or choose a beautiful template from Numbers. They're amazing

Inconvénients :

What I like the least about Numbers is that although exporting is easy and useful, many times I would like to share the document so other paralegals, psychologists or attorneys can see it in real time from their devices. The issue? Compatibility and access requirements. Technology is amazing nowadays but not everyone has an Apple product. Although they can see it from the iCloud website, many times they'll require an Apple ID. There have been many times where I have even wanted to share documents to edit with people who have an Apple ID but permission management and alerts for some reason are not easy to visualize or to manage, probably there's missing more customization and attention from that side.

Commentaires : My overall experience has been very good. I very much enjoy syncing with icloud so I can use my many devices. At the beginning I had a few problems with sending numbers to my colleagues that use windows but I quickly got over this. The biggest benefit I found was that easy to understand and make my tables.

Avantages :

I find that numbers is very easy to use and understand. If there are any problems there is customer service which is very helpful. Integration with other apps is streamline and straight. Desired features would be an Ai bot for when I forgot things or my layout is ugly

Inconvénients :

At times I forget where menu items or other things are and some are difficult to find so I think an Ai bot that can help me would be of benefit. I also find it a little hard to understand how to use the advance features - I don't use them so training videos online would be of great help also the help centre needs changing. Idont like it as I cant find what I am looking for and the advice is too limited.

The (almost) perfect solution for spreadsheets

Avantages :

It is an amazingly designed app on Apple’s platforms and integrates well inside and outside the organization with Apple Business Essentials / Business Manager.

Inconvénients :

The windows (web) app is lacking and dated. It seems like Apple wants you to just stick to using only their devices, but this reduces cross-platform collaboration.

Decent mathematics app

Commentaires : Overall not bad for the price point. I would say it’s worth it’s value but if you want something more complex look elsewhere

Avantages :

It’s pretty cheap and does a good job of importing and exporting

Inconvénients :

The data visualization is a bit more limited so I use other apps for that function

Worse Version Of Excel

Avantages :

Almost nothing, poor execution use another produce.

Inconvénients :

Use excel or google sheets instead. Features are limited, UI needs improvement, and formatting causes issues for cross platform use. Limits of apple ecosystem.

Better than Excel

Avantages :

I think it has a nicer design and it's easier to use than Excel, plus it's completely free if you have a Mac. I also like the fact that you can have multiple tables on one page so you can really organize your data.

Inconvénients :

Some functions are not that intuitive but you can search online or look at the app Help section.

Numbers by Apple

Avantages :

Numbers" by Apple has really improved my experience with spreadsheets compared to other software I've used before. One thing I love is how easy it is to create and manage my projects due to its user-friendly interface. The fact that multiple people can work on the same sheet together in real-time is a huge plus.

Inconvénients :

To be extremely honest there is nothing that I liked the least I am fan of it.

Solid Spreadsheet Application

Avantages :

I like that it is included free on all my Apple devices

Inconvénients :

Does not contain a lot of advanced features that excel by Microsoft has to offer
