"Amazing fast, incredible easy"

Commentaires: We are working from web2print systems from more than 10 years and printjob is from far the best solution in the industry. Easy and simple to use, powerful and extremadely fast. We just deployed a fully custom private b2b solution for a customer in minuts when in other products we needed weeks only for run a simply bussiness card personalization. You don't be wrong if you choose it.

Avantages: + Major needs of print industry covered in one product.
+ Amazing fast loading in backoffice and frontend.
+ Best templating tool in the industry, just upload file and works.
+ Great design
+ Simple and easy to use, no skills needed to run your printshop.

Inconvénients: - Like most solutions that don't use and standard cart, frontend customization is maybe limited.

"Game Changer"

Commentaires: PrintJob is a great platform to help grow any printing business. I would promote this to everyone I know although, I would not want the competition to have the same amazing benefits I do :) This has allowed me to reduce the amount of communication with clients, and also reduce the amount of man hours required to process and complete orders. I have received over 1000 orders through the platform in the last year. - these orders would previously been manually input in to our existing systems. as our users now have visibility of the products and pricing - it saves lots of inconvenient phone calls and emails giving my team back valuable time to actually produce and ship the orders. I have used a number of systems similar to PrintJob and still use another system for some of my clients. PrintJob is definitely the most user friendly and based on the training I have passed on to my team - the feedback on the system is fantastic. If you want something implemented they can make this happen and depending on crucial it is you can wait for them to develop this or pay additional to have it actioned asap. I find this system very Fair, I have seen the growth and updates in my time with PrintJob and it is continuously being updated with proactive developers who work with the individuals who use the system to make it as practical and user friendly as possible.

Avantages: Multiple Store fronts which can be unique to each of our B2B customers. Allows for Both Stock and Regular products Inventory system to keep track of stocks System allows for easy Branding and personalisation of each store front. Amendable templates - to allow customers to amend templates and order. Departments - which allows for approval processes and also Product Tags - to allow certain products to be available to particular users. Administrator Panel is very easy to use and self explanatory - managed to set my site up with minimal assistance, and have taught the team to use this very easily. Great Team of developers - I have already seen some of my suggestions implemented. loads of control using themes to make this look great...each storefront can be personalised with its own URL - and is private to Assigned Users. Very little restrictions on how many users and administrators - this is great as the team expands. Suppliers can be set up - so can be used for print farming and outworking very easily. Pricing set up has many features and additional embellishments and finishes. this allows for a base product and adds additional cost for additional product features (lamination etc) No Additional Line charges for orders. No hidden charges - Very reasonably Priced.

Inconvénients: Not many Cons - I Have seen the development list and nothing is a problem for these guys. I would like the Implementation of the quote products (products which can be clicked on and quotes requested against that particular product) this would make this more user friendly for the end user. Would like to see some integrations for Shipping (UPS/DPD) in the UK Some development on the reporting side of things would be great (export/download all invoices etc.) Images on Order sheets - this would be a great feature once implemented as we have many stock products available. it would be great to have a visual against these items and also printed items to help production staff.

"User friendly and straightforward"

Commentaires: Have just started using the solution, but very satisfied so far. Some problems comes along the way, but I hope the solution will comes with new solutions they grow.

Avantages: The solution is easy to use and easy to maintain. I like that everything takes place on the web, no need for extra software.

Inconvénients: Would like to have the possibility to enter both postal address and delivery address on an address card.
That the preview of a product does not update itself when entering variable fields. When I product is generatet from a companie, the file is not stored anywhere, other then when you search in the orders.

"Printjob - web 2 print made easy?"

Commentaires: Organisations that have multiple branches and who wish to control and administer the procurement of print and associated items through a central online source are ideal for this system. The ability for an organisation to create 'graphics' that are subsequently used other than for traditional print is a growing market. The generation of downstream marketing collateral where a business has many channels and needs to control the supply of information to those channels would benefit form this solution.

Avantages: This software is great for those who want to step into the world of web 2 print and also for those that have some experience and what to expect some more from a solution. It is extremely flexible in its configuration for your clients. The nice thing about the team behind the solution is that if you happen to think of something that the solution doesn't have but it could benefit from they are very receptive and are willing to work with you to help achieve your realistic objectives.

Inconvénients: Like any new piece of software you need to learn about the true extent of available functionality before you can configure it and this software has a lot of functionality. It has been made easier as their live chat function in the bottom right hand corner of the screen keeps you connected and help is not that far away.

"PrintJob Web 2 Print Software review"

Commentaires: I'm using printjob for a year maybe 2 now, can't remember , it's really powerfull solution very kind people and really faster reply when u have a question. the support it's one of our priority when u work on the system if you are looking for something, just ask and you gonna have more than the reply of your question. For all my clients we need to go a bit more far to get a total experience of printjob and we gonna have for sure some developpement for the futur in printjob. it's a really good web 2 print solution.

Avantages: the most powerfull software to upload and set up pdf.
(including fonts, spot color, position, and also every kind of personnalisation)
really awesome.

Inconvénients: upgrade for the french comptability and delivery services , which mean export at the end of the month with amount net amount ht and amount of the product, will be necessary soon .
