Awesome and Affordably Complete Appointment Reminder Platform

Commentaires : My experience with Apptoto has been absolutely awesome! It has saved me money and made my job so much easier! I love this product/service!

Avantages :

Apptoto is an awesomely affordable and complete appointment reminder platform that ultimately saves my business money by reducing no-shows and replacing appointment reminders sent by mail. Apptoto integrates with almost any calendar solution, and it allows you to send multiple reminders with receiver feedback options (i.e., confirmation, need to reschedule, etc.) by phone, text message, and email. Every type of reminder is completely customization. You will not find a more feature-packed appointment reminder solution that is as affordable as Apptoto.

Inconvénients :

There are no cons about Apptoto. But, if I must pick something, it would be to make the interface more colorful. Yes, that's the biggest criticism I have.

Apptoto - A good starting point to automation

Commentaires : We don't use the product any longer but I'm glad that we got started with Apptoto. I am now fairly confident in setting up any product our firm decides to use. We only stopped using Apptoto because we were able to consolidate apps and use one vendor instead of 2 for the same cost.

Avantages :

I loved the scheduling reminders that you could set up with different prompts but setting it up was a disaster.

Inconvénients :

Absolutely the set up. It took days and days and we had to troubleshoot everything multiple times. Any time one thing was changed the system would flip out so we were constantly stressed that if we changed something simple it wouldn't operate correctly.

Avantages :

Excellent, easy to use, you can save time. Very versatile for reminders of all kinds.

Inconvénients :

Limitations in the registration by countries. It does not have language change for the visualization of the software.

Thanks for the review! Yes, at this time, our Apptoto Web App is only localized for English. However we do support sending reminders and messages to clients in other languages.

Commentaires : Everyone in my office seems to like it. Other attorneys in my office have used it too.

Avantages :

It's really been good at reminding clients when they have a meeting. There are a lot fewer no-shows. Also, as an attorney, it's been a good tool for notifying clients when they have to be in court.

Inconvénients :

There's really nothing I dislike about Apptoto.

Avantages :

Apptoto was easy to set up and works seamlessly with Google Calendar. Clients are more likely to keep appointments now.

Inconvénients :

It does take some time to train and remind staff to use the right language in event subjects.

Avantages :

I mainly use the appointment reminder feature. I have used apptoto for many years and it's very reliable. I will definitely stick with them for along time.

Inconvénients :

No cons that I know of. If I do have to say a con, maybe get even more cheaper? but dont think that's possible.

Commentaires : Customer service is When I have had an issue or a question...I have no problem getting a person to help. It might not be immediate but usually the same day.

Avantages :

It is easy to use for myself and my clients. I was apprehensive about implementation, but was pleased with the onboarding process. Apptoto was able to get me up and running with relative ease.

Inconvénients :

I have not experienced any cons yet thankfully.

Customers Love Apptoto

Commentaires : It has streamed lined our reservation options for the automotive repair side of our business. My customers have less missed appointments, and when something does come up last minute they have a way to reach out via text and let me know they won't make it in the next day. These texts come from Apptoto so the customers are not accessing my personal cell phone to send these text responses.

Avantages :

This is an amazing value for the cost! My customers love it and often comment, they wish their doctor's office or dentist would use this software. We have been using this for 2+ years now and it works flawlessly with my Google calendar.

Inconvénients :

If I accidentally input the wrong phone number for a customer it sends a text to a random person. We do automotive repairs and the unsuspecting person gets concerned when our text reminder tells them their car is going into the shop at 8 am. This is my mistake and not an Apptoto issue. This has happened only twice.

Appointments with Apptoto

Commentaires : We utilize this program daily to manager our appointments for multiple locations throughout the U.S.

Avantages :

Apptoto is easy to use and easy to train. We like it because we can manage multiple calendars all in one location. We also utilize the automated email reminders, we have a booking page for appointments and employment and we can send SMS (texts) through this format as well.

Inconvénients :

Once a participant schedules, they are unable to reschedule without having to speak to an agent. The program will not allow the participant to choose a new date/time. Cancellations do not require the participant to provide a reason. So it also requires a person to call them.

Commentaires : It saved us time and Money giving us a solution to our problem: We were stood up for inspection appointments continuously. We spend hours trying to get clients to confirm appointments to begin with. It is easy to set up and has great support.

Avantages :

It is easy to use and it integrates with the gmail calendar. It saved us sooo much time in reminders and rescheduling and time consuming contacts with clients that couldn't be reached easily.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing I didn't like about it. It did a great job for us!

-Ease of connecting the software with our appointment calendar.-Simple calendar entry to generate our reminders about appointments, which is our main use.-Customer service has been exceptional the few times we have had questions.

Commentaires : I used other free trials when I chose Apptoto, and Apptoto was the easiest and the one that most met our needs. You can write the content of your automated messages, and it has automated translation to other languages.

Avantages :

I'm a psychotherapist and have my schedule on Google Calendar. Apptoto pulls automatically who's scheduled, and sends them automated one reminder text or voice message 24 hours before scheduled time, with an option for them to confirm, cancel, or reschedule, and another text message when session is about to start with the link to their video session.

Inconvénients :

I liked pretty much everything. Maybe you need to be a little computer savvy to program it, but it didn't bother me. If you have any questions, their support team will quickly clarify.

Why didn't I start using it sooner?

Commentaires : My clients are able to schedule appointments on line- an added bonus I was not initially aware of - and my clients get reminders 3 days, 24 hours and 3 hours prior to their appointment.

Avantages :

I love it that it can confirm appointments for my clients on the spot and sends reminders of the appointments. No more, "I didn't know" excuses.

Inconvénients :

Could improve on multi-language options - I use Spanish primarily so that would be a plus.

Great Appointment Reminder Product: simple enough to use for regular users, powerful enough for devs

Avantages :

It simply accomplished our task. We were looking to place automated calls and text messages at fixed intervals. It was easy to set up, train users and worked reliably. When it came time to fully automate the calls and integrate with our internal CRM, the system was powerful enough to do it. 1 hour support call accomplished quickly and correctly.

Inconvénients :

The software is actually more powerful than it seems. Much of the power is hidden behind some checkboxes and hidden pages that aren't easily accessible unless you know where to look. A support call with the original founder helped me find some of these hidden features. One other small quibble: the voice synthesizer is a bit finicky. We had a hard time getting it to say our firm's name.

Commentaires : If your business evolves around a calendar, this is the app to have. Since I started using the app my life has been much easier, having less missed appointments which means more money.

Avantages :

-Easy to use -Affordable - Synchronizes well with Google Calendar -After reminding the client, will marque event as REMINDED so you will know if someone received or not your reminders.

Inconvénients :

The only small problem I had within over a year of usage was that one time I needed customer assistance and took them over 24 hours to return my call.

Avantages :

I can never be without the ability to bug my clients. They love it. I love it. Its a win-win. The automations and campaigns are amazing and I just can't get enough of the reports that let me know where business is slow and where it needs to be worked on. Wonderful Support Team and Wonderful Billing Cycles.

Inconvénients :

I have not had any issues using Apptoto. Any issues that may arise were result of user-error, but that is the fun in learning such an intuitive application!

Avantages :

I love the ease and flexibility the program allows me. The staff have been amazing- Very helpful and supportive. It has beeen a natural progression that was much needed.

Inconvénients :

It took some time adjusting to the format and setting up the preferences, however now it runs in th4e background. There's very little I have to worry about.
