Best business power review software

What I love most about this software is that it keeps enables your business to study your consumers behavior by way of reviews, mapping and and social media analytics. This software helps my business because it acts as a consumer and market feedback solution for your business.
The dashboard is a bit old, other than that I don’t have any problems with this software.
Positive impact on sales
Product reviews are a sure way to convert more prospects. In that sense PowerReviews as been instrumental in boosting our online sales. Question & Answer feature is a nice addition to their overall product.
Lack of flexibility around product reviews. For example, I wanted to generate a page with all our reviews. Basically an aggregated list of all product reviews in one place. That was virtually impossible without significant development work on PowerReviews's end and additional cost for us. Also, the lack of a tight integration with Google to syndicate the reviews to Google Shopping or Google Trusted Stores is frustrating compared to their competitors. There is no integration with Bing Shopping either, which has prevented us from getting seller ratings in BingAds. We got seller ratings in Google via GTS. The pace of innovation is pretty slow at PowerReviews. They have not brought forth new meaningful tools to the table in years whereas the competition is innovating with better social media integration for example.
It works, but is not the best
Commentaires : It works for how we use it, but feels like features could be improved.
Ratings only option has been nice to boost average star rating.
Email review request is not editable, and has been difficult to integrate with other platforms.

With PowerReviews we are getting valuable feedback from our customers, which helps us to grow very quickly.

It needs a lot of improvement
The customer support is excellent, and their staff is generally nice which compensates for the fact that the tool has issues.
The old dashboard, especially how the photos were presented is better visually, with the inclusion of the photos. It has glitches, even though the support is amazing, the back and forth with resolving these is time consuming. Some glitches include missing images and product information.
