Commentaires : This is a great solution for an IT department that can't dedicate a sole resource to configuring and maintaining a monitoring solution. The implementation was easy and intuitive, pre-sales support was very helpful, and the information presented to us gives us a clear view of our environment.

Avantages :

The hosted platform makes it easy to monitor our environment while not having to manage the platform itself.

Inconvénients :

There's no virtual appliance version of the on-premise poller, so we have to maintain another server onsite to perform on-prem actions. A self-updating appliance would provide a hands-off method to poll internal resources without adding to our management load.
