Initially purchased for our Safety Program but moved our Quality and HR Program to it as well.
Commentaires: Ease of use and compliance. Everything for our Safety Program, Quality Program and HR Program is stored in one place and easily accessed. We do not require any additional administrative staff to maintain our programs which is a huge cost savings.
Avantages: Easy to use after initial learning curve and great support from RPM. Everything is customizable and keeps all your records, permissions, forms, etc. in one place... no more paper files. The app allows workers to complete and access forms with their phones so no more excuses for not doing inspections. Support team listens to feedback and makes improvements with each revision.
Inconvénients: Some of the terminology used was initially a bit confusing but the support was great and made it all make sense.

Fast to set up and use ... intuitive interface to model/manage any business process on the fly.
Commentaires: We experienced a dramatic increase in sales (up to 150% in key areas) from streamlining internal business processes. Our sales teams could better focus on supporting and serving our customers once we became more operationally effective by using Cube. Employees also became active participants in contributing to workflow efficiency. We were actually able to implement employee suggested changes to internal operations on the fly and get immediate benefits ... and employees felt like valued contributors who now take greater ownership and responsibility to continuous process improvement.
Avantages: The flexibility and adaptability of the software are unparalleled. It's very easy and fast to start using and entering validated real-world data that drives real-time reporting to support solid decision making. A very well architected application with enormous value in the workplace. Anywhere you use Excel to manage business processes ... you should be using Cube!
Inconvénients: The template feature to enable fast setup of business processes is great. It would be nice if there were a larger library of examples in different industries and niches. But the support team is readily available to assist with any questions, and the online knowledge base is kept up to date with the steady flow of new features and updates.

- Someone with a good understanding of your organizational processes needs to implement Cube.
I know this has been addressed through offering off-the-shelf Quality (QUARTZ) and Safety (LIGHTHOUSE) Management Implementations that get you started with little customization.
- Cube is only as Lean and smart as you - A time wasting process can go organization-wide compounding the waste. To get the best value from the software, you need to "tweak and monitor". A "set and forget" attitude risks disengaging staff.

We have found this system, easy to implement and easy to use at all levels of our workforce.
Our HSE department required a single software solution that would help us track, report and analyze all of our HSE metrics in real-time. A few key elements of the system are as follows;
Leading and Lagging Indicators;
Incident Reporting and Investigation; and
Inspections The system provides the necessary processes to assist our workplace in complying with health, safety and environment legislation by:
Establishing a high level of due diligence.
Assigning, tracking and closing required corrective actions.
Following all required processes to demonstrate compliance quickly and easily.
Inconvénients: The system does not provide some the necessary processes as Learning Management System functionality that delivers training content such as PowerPoint presentations, training videos, and documents and has the capability to design and score tests related to this training content.
