Avantages :
Equipped with a comprehensive suite of applications that cater to every business requirement. The platform is user-friendly, making both design and development tasks straightforward.
Inconvénients :
Not all applications are well-integrated for seamless collaboration. There are restrictions on account-level settings and structures.

Good tool integrated in the Zoho suite
Avantages :
Easy to integrate. Good that it's connected to the CRM part and there are lots of customizations possible inside.
Inconvénients :
The chat window is not very customizable and reporting is not easy to manipulate.
Helps in managing live chat, but wish we could have more automation
Avantages :
It is a simple and effective way to provide live chat to users. Like the fact that we can integrate our knowledge base, which helps support agents quickly pass on relevant articles.
Inconvénients :
The reporting and analytics are subpar. Tried asking their support about what the metrics mean and how they are calculated, but did not get clear answers.Chatbot automation is very complicated. Very difficult to set up chatbots, the UI is super complex to understand.

It's a great way to interact with our customers as CSM
Avantages :
We have customers across the globe. Sometimes, I am not available during their working hours, as their customer success specialist. The chat allows them to reach out to our team, many people take turns replying on the chat. The chats integrate with Zoho CRM and I can see the questions they asked on the chat it's easy to use, I can have it on my phone too.
Inconvénients :
I find a bit hard to find a chat I just closed, but it's a minimal thing.

Avantages :
We are using it since more than 3 years now. They have improved a lots and many things are beta versions. Chat bot is an amazing thing, we can build on no code solution. Pre build reports are value add
Inconvénients :
Customer support should be improved. We may not require all the time. But this has to taken care.

Best in class chat comes like phone call
Avantages :
Whenever any visitor comes on chat, the phone rings like a phone call, and managing multiple chats is also a breeze, the view of visitors and daily email of visitors is also very helpful.
Inconvénients :
Zoho has almost everything, so for other features like support documents we use Zoho helpdesk.

Best tool for Pro-Active Prospect Farming

1. There is a delay in notification. 2. Mobile version needs improvement. 3. Support team could improve their turn around time.

Avantages :
With many suitable features for all type of businesses, specially businesses that require online presensence , Zoho SalesIQ is easy to use, affordable and essential tool to provide excellent customer service. Its customer tracking features are the most suitable for our business. We can easily reach the cross-border customers who are or were visiting our websites and can interact with them immediately. We can also find out the missed clients who visited our sites during 'off time' and can try to contact them accordingly.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes live update or notification is not working and it may not provide the actual number of visitors in the site if not reloaded.

this is NOT just a chat program

Avantages :
so this is a chat program but also a way to mesuare site traffic and a way to capture lead data. it's pretty cool. the way we use it is we send out a mass email and then when people click the email and get on our site we can see that and we can actually call the person who is on our site in real time. This helps close deals soooo much faster and our customers like that!
Inconvénients :
The UI is pretty good but b/c there's some techy stuff going on here (more so than just a chat program) the UI can get kinds difficult to understand if/when you go to the adv settings area. the normal chat part is fine.
Customers love our quick response
Commentaires : Salesiq is a great tool. By integration with Zoho CRM, we can quickly follow the actions of our customers and answer questions. We can see how much time the customer needs to go through the ordering process and where necessary we can customize the site. Tracking the number of visitors and the results of their visit is easy to follow. In short, a great tool for our sales department.
Inconvénients :
So far no complaints. Salesiq does what we need.

Intuitive interface and a great way to generate customer leads
Commentaires : In today's business, monitoring website visit has been increasingly important in improving business brand image, helping achieving more efficient business operation and understanding potential customers. Being able to monitor what web page customers look at also makes our marketing and technical support team more efficient. Marketing team can gather data and find our most popular products while technical support team can increase efficiency by uploading the most commonly asked technical questions.
Avantages :
Sales IQ has been great for my business. It has an intuitive interface and it is a great way for me to generate leads and acquire potential customers. Sales IQ gives live status of our customers so we know what website page they are reading and what products they are interested in. By knowing this information, it makes our sales team more efficient in assisting customers with their specific needs.
Inconvénients :
This may not be the issue of Sales IQ but internet issue. A few of our international customers had trouble using the live chat consistently, but this might be the issue of their internet instead of Sales IQ platform.

I like that this is a cheap solution for live chat. It is easy to setup in wordpress and get it going.
Inconvénients :
I never use half of the features. Most times I do not see an alert pop up when someone is trying to communicate with us...I get an email to my junk mail a half hour later saying that I missed a chat.

Great to show you how many visitors you have on your site.
Inconvénients :
Can't create your own automatic templates when someone starts a chat with you, not many functions avialable.

Commentaires : Zoho SalesIQ and the Zoho team provide great support to make sure we are using the Zoho products in the best ways possible.
Avantages :
Zoho SalesIQ allows us to real time track new users to our website from our different marketing campaigns and track the actions they take to become a new lead in our Zoho CRM and eventually become a closed sale.
Inconvénients :
We found that sometimes the ZohoSalesIQ code on our website caused loading speeds to be slower than usual. But the team at Zoho helped us work on this issue.
Great software for our online Chat
Avantages :
Easy to install and set up in the same day.
Inconvénients :
nothing the program does what we need it to do on a consistent basis.

We can easily embed zoho sales iq widget in our site and interact with our live visitors. Through Zoho sales iq panel we can keep track on our site visitors, we can check information about the browser they are using to browse our site, duration they are staying on our site etc.Overall its a good software.
Inconvénients :
This is a good software. The only issue with this is sometimes the chat session initiated by the visitor does not properly show on user screen. Like the option of accept chat sometimes cause issue rest all things are good with this software.
Best CRM Money can buy

I think price wise its the best option. Has all the functionality one could ask for. They've partnered with all the top business functionality companies out there to sync up nicely.

It was a bit difficult for a novice user to setup but their customer service team is good at helping you out.

We added this to our site in only a few minutes, and we immediately saw results. We started getting messages from potential customers right away. We love that there is a mobile app so we can answer messages from customers away from the computer

Seems to slow down our site a little bit. But ultimately I think the benefits outweigh that.

Commentaires : Very good software, so far I have had an excellent experience, it is very simple to use and the analytics of the visits are excellent help to generate leads.

Way too many crashes in our apps. SDK and/or API needs improvement. This is particularly true in iOS. This leads to a terrible user experience.

I think the cost should be for user packages, maybe that will help improve the purchase of small companies.

we can easily create sale opportunities and forward them to the management and they can engage with the client and loop in the technical team to provide demo and close a deal.
Inconvénients :
even though it is a cheap solution, we had to move to another option as we required more insights and visibility and making everything process-oriented to do more than just create leads and do everything using the other tools.
