They listen to our feedback and requests for feature updates. I also LOVE the AI dictation and Discharge Notes. My records are done as soon as the appointment is done\! Il faut parfois plusieurs jours avant d'obtenir une réponse à un problème, et parfois même des semaines avant qu'il soit résolu. Nous rencontrons plusieurs problèmes sérieux : impossible d'ajouter ou de modifier les adresses de nos clients, aucun solde ouvert de nos clients n'a été transféré depuis notre ancien logiciel HIPPO, ce qui représente des milliers de dollars de pertes de revenus. Le système est globalement lourd et certaines tâches nécessitent plusieurs clics avant d'obtenir ce dont on a besoin. We've found that dictation performs noticeably better on laptops and desktop computers than on iPads, where transcription accuracy can be less reliable. As a practice that relies heavily on medical documentation, this occasionally creates extra editing work for clinicians. Beyond that, there are still some workflow and reporting features that could benefit from greater customization as practices become more advanced in their use of the platform.
