Nous rencontrons plusieurs problèmes sérieux : impossible d'ajouter ou de modifier les adresses de nos clients, aucun solde ouvert de nos clients n'a été transféré depuis notre ancien logiciel HIPPO, ce qui représente des milliers de dollars de pertes de revenus. Le système est globalement lourd et certaines tâches nécessitent plusieurs clics avant d'obtenir ce dont on a besoin. Their team has also been highly responsive to feedback and genuinely interested in improving the product based on real-world hospital needs. > > **Inconvénients**: One area that still needs improvement is the accuracy and consistency of the AI Scribe feature. We've found that dictation performs noticeably better on laptops and desktop computers than on iPads, where transcription accuracy can be less reliable. As a practice that relies heavily on medical documentation, this occasionally creates extra editing work for clinicians. Beyond that, there are still some workflow and reporting features that could benefit from greater customization as practices become more advanced in their use of the platform.
