The flexibility with how to set up your own system and templates. Scheduling appointments is a breeze even if you have to register a new client they updated the system to accommodate that in a recent update. > > **Inconvénients**: I dislike how much the system changes sometimes. I personally like the updates, but communicating that to my staff (especially the parttime staff) sometimes is difficult or frustrating due to the changes from week to week. I do not care much for the 2 factor log-in feature since we have multiple technicians and doctors moving throughout the clinic. Their team has also been highly responsive to feedback and genuinely interested in improving the product based on real-world hospital needs. > > **Inconvénients**: One area that still needs improvement is the accuracy and consistency of the AI Scribe feature. We've found that dictation performs noticeably better on laptops and desktop computers than on iPads, where transcription accuracy can be less reliable. As a practice that relies heavily on medical documentation, this occasionally creates extra editing work for clinicians. Beyond that, there are still some workflow and reporting features that could benefit from greater customization as practices become more advanced in their use of the platform. Il faut parfois plusieurs jours avant d'obtenir une réponse à un problème, et parfois même des semaines avant qu'il soit résolu. Nous rencontrons plusieurs problèmes sérieux : impossible d'ajouter ou de modifier les adresses de nos clients, aucun solde ouvert de nos clients n'a été transféré depuis notre ancien logiciel HIPPO, ce qui représente des milliers de dollars de pertes de revenus. Le système est globalement lourd et certaines tâches nécessitent plusieurs clics avant d'obtenir ce dont on a besoin.
