Where we previously had to manually retype every online order into the POS system, everything now runs automatically — including payment reconciliation. With just two people, we effortlessly process a large number of European orders per month. After a one-time configuration, complex VAT handling (such as local rates and exempt intra-community supplies to businesses) is also automatically applied correctly. Additionally, the mobile scanners for goods receipt and stock counts provide significant time savings. > > **Inconvénients**: In terms of templates, the platform feels slightly less flexible than some alternatives on the market. However, for us, this minor point absolutely does not outweigh the convenience of a fully integrated system. > > We are a specialized webshop and store, and as we grew, we literally hit a wall with our separate systems (webshop, POS, accounting package). With Tilroy, we have one platform where everything comes together: one inventory, one customer file, automatic invoicing. Setting it up requires some thought at the beginning, but once that is in place, it runs itself. The reporting is also incredibly strong: where we used to have to wait days for figures, it is now a matter of a single click. Our accounting department is very happy with it, because everything is accurate down to the cent, right down to the list of gift vouchers. And as small business owners, we greatly appreciate that support is readily available and that Tilroy is a Belgian partner you can turn to in your own language. > > **Inconvénients**: We do not have any major drawbacks, but there are a few minor areas for improvement.
