The ability to create extremely flexible rate plans is very important to me: early or last-minute bookings, long or short stays, flexible or prepaid rates, deposits, and scheduled payments. This customization also allows me to replicate many of the promotions offered by OTAs on the direct booking engine. I also find the quotes that can be shared via email or WhatsApp links very useful, with the ability to check openings, and the channel manager, which in my experience is smooth and fast. A great added value is Peak, the revenue management engine integrated directly into Slope. It allows you to create different strategies for periods and events, weight individual bookings, and automatically connect rate templates. Once configured, the system works autonomously, while still retaining the ability to deactivate the autopilot for individual dates or periods and intervene manually. I also really appreciate the online training for receptionists, which allows new employees to quickly reach a good level of competence. > > **Inconvénients**: Rather than real drawbacks, I see some aspects that could be further improved.
