Avantages :
The online catalogue is a great feature, it allow customers to virtually flip through our book and order right from the pages. The thing I like most is the ability to connect with connect with hundreds of business across North America - many who were otherwise unknown to us!
Inconvénients :
Occasionally, the software can be slow/glitchy... especially from an smart phone. I suggest you download the app, rather than logging in to the desktop site when you're on-the-road.
Overall good experience. Top notch customer service! but hard to get sales traction from.
Commentaires : None so far but that doesn't mean there isn't any value here. This thing has potential but it needs to hit a critical mass in order to start functioning properly. Buyers and sellers need to become active participants. I notice I do not check my Link Green account often as the vast majority of my customers still order traditionally even though they are aware that I am on Link Green.
Avantages :
I like the fact that my catalogue is online and I don't need to send it if someones interested. After accepting an invitation they can browse through it immediately.
Inconvénients :
Every time a potential customer requests to view my products I cant see their profile as the are always "building their profiles" sometimes I accept based on a name. Sometimes I just ignore if I don't know anything about them and a relationship may never be established as I rarely revisit my emails. Please change this. Only let businesses reach out when they have a visible presence so we as buyers can vet them and see if they are a good fit for the business. People are creatures of habit. Even though I have accepted buyers through linkgreen, that were already established customers of mine, these buyers still opt to send me sales orders traditionally through fax or email. I think this platform has a lot of potential but its a slow process getting off of the ground.

Commentaires : We are connecting with new potential customers every day and when they do use it to order the ease of uploading the orders is wonderful.

The ease of uploading orders and the fact that our customers can see our products and pricing online.
Inconvénients :
The fact that not many of our customers are tech savy enough to use it. Also the format of looking at our products is not to all of our customers liking.

Commentaires : Ultimately we will do what our customers want - So we have a few customers that only use Link Green and so we will accommodate them.
Avantages :
Ease of Use, searching for customers, customer grouping, how it looks from the customers view (plant groupings) - List view vs full detail view with pictures
Inconvénients :
the fact that it's another layer of software to use - Most people probably won't stop using their existing software and so are left to manage 2. Our customers tend to add on their orders...through this system each add on we would get charged - Even though its' really 1 order
