Simple Solution for GREAT Communication

Commentaires : Overall, I am very pleased with Text Request and the variety of features they provide to enhance our communication with clients and team members!

Avantages :

Text Request is simple to use and allows us to view our messages from multiple screens

Inconvénients :

We have had some issue implementing the SMS chat feature into our website and that is frustrating

Commentaires : Text request is great compared to another text company I used for another company, but there is always room for improvement! I appreciate the easiness of use with text request and easy to read text.

Avantages :

The layout is clean and easy to read! The color palette of the website is not too busy either!

Inconvénients :

I wish there was a way to text multiple people the same template at once!

Avantages :

I like merge messaging feature that I can tailor a mass text. I also like that you can upload contacts' information to create a contact card. I do wish it was much easier. It was difficult for me to learn but the customer support video meeting was EXTREAMLY helpful. Being able to download message threads.

Inconvénients :

The notification alert tones. I would like more customization. What it takes to upload contacts and merge messages. The text request mobile app KILLS my cell phone battery (android).

Commentaires : Overall it works good. I would have liked to get the notifications if the tab was minimized

Avantages :

It was easy to set up and use. I like that I could choose the display name

Inconvénients :

that i could not keep the view I wanted. If I went to a message then went back it was at a different screen. Also I only got an alert if the tab was opened.

Avantages :

It is accessible everywhere, and no need to download an app.

Inconvénients :

I don't like it; the interface is so not user-friendly.

Good Texting Service

Commentaires : Good. There are pros and cons of the app, but overall does what I need it to do.

Avantages :

Able to send links and convenient app on your phone.

Inconvénients :

The ding that reminds you of a text - need a way to turn this off. Also, text not showing up or out of order.

Avantages :

Easy way to communicate with clients and colleagues.

Inconvénients :

User Interface. I hope you can make it like gmail where we can see the number/name of the message on the side and the entire message on the bigger screen.

Commentaires : Awesome for the most part, just a few minor glitches.

Avantages :

Being able to contact clients, other of our locations and staff with one relatively simple platform.

Inconvénients :

Not a lot of after hours contact. With clients that are open 7 days a week, having someone available can really help with the client satisfaction of the service.

Commentaires : The support for Text Request is amazing - they really do care about our questions/concerns and respond quickly, I love how they also utilize LinkedIn to share great information with their users.

Avantages :

Text Request saves us so much time and makes communicating with our clients and their team members so easy and quick. NO more wasting time calling them with updates or questions, a simple text that any of our team members can respond to and keep the conversation going. SOOOOO valuable.

Inconvénients :

I don't like that when we send our group texts they come across as individual texts to the people we are sending to. Makes it confusing to know if everyone received the text or not. We send group texts for a reason so it would be great to receive them as group texts so we can continue the conversation as a group.

Biggest mistake

Commentaires : One of the worst experience I have had with a phone system switch and one that I want to get rid of as quickly as possible

Avantages :

The sell you convenience and ease. The. Tell you a package has a certain product your were wanting only to tell you it comes with it and now you have to pay $100 extra a month.

Inconvénients :

Terrible customer service. They lie to get you to join. The app works half the time. You can’t delete messages that are irrelevant.

Love it... Expensive, but bet option around

Commentaires : We had some issues in the beginning with one of our dashboards not sending messages during the 10DLC transition. However, TR fixed us up, gave us a new dashboard, and we were able to keep working.

Avantages :

The fliexibility to do what I need to do, when I need to do it. We use TR for marketing and current client interaction.

Inconvénients :

It seems super overpriced, but there really isn't anything on the market that seems competitive.

Why we use Text Request

Commentaires : Excellent experience so far. We haven't had to call for tech support at all. Very simple and easy to use interface. I highly recommend TR.

Avantages :

It allows us to send and receive texts to our business VOIP line rather than just using a cell phone number.

Inconvénients :

No particular problems that we have experienced to date.

Commentaires : Very good overall. Very prompt in responding to questions and assitance requests.

Avantages :

Very simple to use. We migrated from ZipWhip and Text Request was very similar.

Inconvénients :

Our company uses Text Request to notify our customers of upcoming delivery of products for which they have signed up. Periodically, and on the first text message, an automatic "Text STOP to opt-out" message is added to our text. Our customers are frequently confused thinking it is an opt-out of our delivery. Text request says they cannot change the message by adding to opt-out of receiving texts. We've lost several contacts.

Seamless transition

Avantages :

They were the first recommendation from the Zip Whip application that we were using before, and had a great demo for us to see how they work. I liked that each message had to be marked as read individually, a problem we where having with Zip Whip was that the messages we accidentally being marked as read and clients and staff thought we were intentionally ignoring their messages, which was not the case at all. This issue was completely solved by switching to Text Request.

Inconvénients :

Nothing so far, besides some occasional crashes, but the staff is always quick to find a solution.

Commentaires : I enjoy using text request it is sophisticated enough to reach several patients at once in a group message and the ease of use is great as well.

Avantages :

What I like about TR is that it is user friendly for both patient and staff.

Inconvénients :

Often my workflow is interrupted because TR has the sleep setting.

Non-English templates

Commentaires : I liked the overall Text Request for the most part. I almost wish it was connected to the EMR system so that way if patient's have appointment reminders we can text them from the same number and decrease that confusion.

Avantages :

I like that every patient has their own message history. It creates an easy way for patients to get information and not have to guess who you are talking to. I like the templates that gives you a quick easy way to get in contact.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was more templates in different languages for a non-English speaker / reader.

Commentaires : Overall, the program has made us more efficient in our communications with our employees and has saved us time and money with missed emails/phone calls. Our employees are much more responsive to us and we love having the option to attach images or documents to texts.

Avantages :

We are a staffing company and need to contact our employees very quickly when assignments become available or things change. This program enables us to do that since so much of our communication now is via text messaging.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any cons to report on the program. I think it's fairly priced, it is almost always operational and we end up being more efficient because of this program.

The power of text messaging customers

Commentaires : I had a great experience with Text Request. What I really liked about it is that they offer a demo for you to look at and it allows you to talk and communicate with a specialist one and one and to get all of your questions answered. Its very personable and I really like that. They really know how to win over a customer.

Avantages :

Text request is a great way to communicate with multiple customers at one time. Through a personal message, this is the fastest way you can reach them. All you have to do is figure out what you want your message to be, include all the contacts you want to send to, and set it up the way that is best for you. It also allows the messages to be sent from your computer or phone and allows other employees see the messages so everyone is in unison. This is such an easy way to get ahold of customers right away and be able to grab their attention from right when they enter your website. Its also a great way to keep in touch with them and to offer promotions this way. Super effective and easy to use. What I really liked about it is that they offer a demo for you to look at and it allows you to talk and communicate with a specialist one and one and to get all of your questions answered. Its very personable and I really like that.

Inconvénients :

Honestly I cannot find something that I did not like about Text Request. I feel that overall it is a great website and offers a great program that any business can benefit from.

Communication is key to our business.

Avantages :

I am able to communicate with clients ASAP. And with technology these days, clients are able to respond rather quickly as well. Text Request makes is easy to send out group messages as we send out reminders for our group clients. We have also set up the contact tags so we can better communicate to the various clients we serve.

Inconvénients :

I do find that until you know where everything is and how to use the system, it can be frustrating. I don't like the web based version of text request. I am logged into our text request 4 hours every day for constant communication, however, I am also in other tabs for billing and research. I feel like if there was an app base, I would be able to have that open at the same time instead of clicking on tabs opened on my web browser.

10/10 Text Request

Commentaires : Text Request had made my first office job easy to accommodate to as communication is what keeps a facility moving forward, and text request has done nothing but give us the ability to move forward stronger.

Avantages :

I love that Text Request gives you the ability to communicate with all necessary employees through one single platform. It also allows all internal employees to see everyone's messages with the external employees which saves us time and makes us work better as a team.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any complaints about Text Request. I love to have access to group messages, different location conversations, and coherent manners to effectively communicate.

A great texting program
