Commentaires : Still able to host events in a digital, work from home world.

Avantages :

The ease of use. Every new user i show this to, or invite to work with demio can host awebinar or presentation within minutes. Since the lockdown prevented us from hosting events internally and for events to get to know our customers we have used demio as a digital alternative. Im certain we will keep using it even after the pandemic.

Inconvénients :

More flexibility and interaction with the public. Would like to create a longer event and schedule it on the calender instead of the standard 1hr block thats is available now.

Commentaires : Demio is allowing us to scale our webinar catalog by making it easy to launch events and have live-automated and on-demand events.

Avantages :

The ability to have simulated-live webinars is critical when schedules are too booked to host multiple live sessions. On-demand also is easy; the users get to choose which instance they want to use.

Inconvénients :

Breakout rooms are critical for larger events; we'd still have to use Zoom for this.

I have got a good experience doing webinars with Demio

Commentaires : The tools offered by this platform allow me to optimize my webinars without having to have overwhelming configurations, since the user experience is very well worked out, which allows any user to manage it without any complications. Demio allowed me to learn how to do webinars and have more organized events, thanks to the integrations I can include many of the platforms that I use every day in my work environment, so I don't have to move to another platform that only adapts to Demio but rather I can simply connect them together to have a better workflow, also being able to scale my company and improving my company by being able to use Demio to train staff or give internal talks.

Avantages :

The ease and accessibility of Demio was what I liked the most since I didn't have to struggle to understand how to create webinars within this platform, so that's what caught my attention when I first started using it. Added to this, with the short videos, I was able to understand more easily how to use each tool I wanted to use, so it was not necessary to contact support for a question about the use of any tool or feature of this platform.The integrations with Demio are very complete and practical and there are several platforms that can be connected directly with Demio to be able to automate all the processes depending on which platform is integrated with it. For example, it is easy to integrate Mailchimp with Demio to be able to register of the webinars through the forms, thus having the information of the contacts on both platforms and also making simple registrations without my having to intervene or make manual registrations on both platforms. In case a platform is not available for Direct integration with Demio you can simply use Zapier which can go much further with the optimization of this platform with others.

Inconvénients :

First of all, I want to point out that it does not have a night mode, this is currently essential since with this mode it allows the eyes to get less tired when spending a lot of time on the computer, in this case when wanting to do a seminar and it does not have very Strong as white is, since it can be very bright and harmful over time, so it would not be bad if they added that function in the next updates where the interface can be changed to dark mode.I am a little disappointed that it does not have a mobile application, for me it is important to have applications for my smartphone since thanks to the portability I can access platforms without any problem, so I would like to be able to do small webinars without necessarily having to resort to my computer so I can create webinars. I understand that Demio can be accessed from mobile devices to view the webinars, however it is not so intuitive, especially when you know that Chrome consumes a large number of resources regardless of the operating system, so a native Demio application would be useless. bad both to create seminars and to participate.

Horrible Customer Service.

Commentaires : Overall, without dealing with customer service, the platform was nice to work with. They wound up lowering their plans, which was nice, but still with the blatent disregard to help people access the data and providing excuses as to why they cant to force you into an account is appaulling.

Avantages :

What I DID like about the software is that it did help us save a ton of time on demos.

Inconvénients :

We wound up canceling because of cost. However, good customer service is something to be desired. We canceled and needed access to our data. Our account was canceled 1 day prior to us asking them for our data and they blatantly said no, and that we essentially had to pay a full month to even get our data.

Demio is a fantastic product

Avantages :

Demio is easy to use, is refined actively by the product team, has very helpful/knowledgeable support staff, and removes a lot of the manual work associated with webinars.

Inconvénients :

Some fairly simple things, such as searching for form fields when syncing with Hubspot can only be done through scrolling (you can't search up field names), which can be a hold-up in this process.
