Commentaires : I love this. I have developed and worked with several PLM systems and this on is so much easier and fluid to support my needs with the different clients.

Avantages :

I love the user interface the most. It is so easy to make this program work for me instead of me learning and changing the way i work for it. It's a huge time savings. It supports all the main items I need.

Inconvénients :

I need more ways to clearly display my technical sketches. the team is working on getting full pages set up for the images. I have found work arounds with help from the IT team as they are developing more features.

Commentaires : our company's overall experience that techpacker is doing and giving best, excellent service. So we are so great with this software.

Avantages :

our company most like database and Report analysis of this software.We also satisfy with import and export of require database from the Techpacker.

Inconvénients :

overall all are okay and doing as latest technology so we so pleased with the techpacker software. If sketching option is available on this software much better for user. And also if A folder inside another folder can be created then much better for us/user,. i.e. A folder of year 2023-, in side can be created all techpacker of year 2023 with many different names, app, fw, acc.. etc.

good idea unfortunately not executed well

Commentaires : frusterating. I waited months to see if things would get better before writing this review but unfortunately
it did not. Nice customer service but it doesn't do much when there are so many issues with the program that continually keep occurring and don't get fixed. Please have a functioning program first and then put it out into the market. I

Avantages :

seemed to be user friendly and cost effective option for start-ups however with all the bugs and information constantly not saving it doesn't matter if so much stress is caused and time is lost.

Inconvénients :

information constantly deletes, gets reordered, too many bugs and glitches that make it difficult to work efficiently

Avantages :

I feel its easy to use. Customer service is prompt and efficient . I recently lost some of my data and customer service retrieved everything for me.

Inconvénients :

Glitches sometimes. Sometimes when you type real fast, it glitches and cuts you from typing.And the fact that it doesnt accept jpegs. It only accepts screenshots.

A great app for small-medium enterprises on tight budget

Avantages :

The ease of getting started on the app without much training. The experience is very intuitive and very visual that makes a designer feel closer to their designs instead of spreadsheets. Whereas the usual technical complexities too like gradings, costing can be easily handled from one page. Seems they have struck the right cords on what fashion creatives want from their PLM.

Inconvénients :

Seems there's a room to grow in terms of overall performance of the app but the good thing is that the company has claimed to fix that in one of their weekly product updates. At the same time since it's a cloud based app, slow or unstable internet on the client side too could be the cause of slow performance of the app.
