Avantages: Fiege 3PL uses LogiMove with their customer KCI / Acelity to organize, manage and execute the timely delivery of hospital equipment of over 15,000 SKUs to over 2,000 hospitals across 3 countries in less than four hours from time of order. Our relationships with these hospitals and the nature of the products require a 0 error execution, which we are achieving.
The solution is a combination of managing mobile-workforce and enabling a fluctuating workforce to execute complex tasks at constant quality.
We were able to change from over 400 high skilled engineering workforce to 130 Uber-like personnel with little to no needs to second level support.
LogiMove helped us with business analytics and rapid deployment cycles from idea to live-usage in 6 weeks and their insight and recommendations at all stages were vital for our success.
