I had issues with the sharing feature and the customer service team helped resolve it in about one business day. > > **Inconvénients**: The inability to view the 3D models on a mobile device is a definite down side. Some of the "snap in place" movement that the platform does when moving components around a model don't "snap" to where you'd actually want something, which then takes a lot more time to find a work around to place things where you actually want them. I also don't care for the credit system of sharing models. After paying the annual fee you have to pay more to be able to share models. Everyone HATES to be nickel and dimed. I already paid, don't make me hate it. > > Overall I am satisfied with the product considering what the cost is.
