Avantages :
C'est facile de passer des appels avec cette logiciel.
Inconvénients :
J'ai constaté quelque coupure durant notre essai.. je ne sais pas exactement si c'était la connexion ou l'application même mais en général c'est facile à utiliser

I liked that It has a pay as you need support. It also has Volp and cloud plans

This software only works on specific softphones.
Wanted this dialer to work out so badly for our business, unfortunately, it absolutely did not. :(
Commentaires : Overall, JustGoCloud was a terrible choice for us. The customer service people made me feel like it was our agents logging in or out incorrectly, even when they all followed the same steps. I had a couple open tickets that stayed open and unresolved for several months. Primo Dialler that we use now is night and day compared to JustGoCloud.
Avantages :
We had landline phones previous to this, and had used them in conjunction with Vicidial, so we felt a cloud based dialer would be a great improvement for our call center marketers on the phones. It also had an easy to navigate CRM interface for our agents to use, so that was nice.
Inconvénients :
We had soooooo many connectivity issues! You have to use this software with a softphone, such as X-lite or Zoiper, and if one single agent suddenly lost audio, we were told it was an issue on our end, and everyone had to log out while they reset our whole dialer. This happened several times a day. Plus, we had to pay per minutes, where as now, we are on an unlimited minutes dialer, with practically zero connectivity issues.
