"Saves valuable HR time"

Avantages: ** It helped us replace all our paper forms with digital forms. This is a big time-saver since BizPortals 365 takes care of sending notifications about late approvals, form withdrawals, etc., and has a nice feature where HR can by-pass a manager’s approval in the event they are on leave or not available (prevents forms from being stuck with the manager forever).
** It has become so easy to have all employee related information on the intranet. This includes, company policies, employee handbook, insurance information, tax forms, holiday and payroll calendars, and documents.
** Building out the FAQ has helped employees find answers to their questions quickly, without taking up HR’s time in answering the same questions repeatedly.
** The BizPortals team helped us create an On-boarding site, where we have put up company overview documents, and training videos for our newcomers. When an employee joins the company, we give them access to this site and they go through the modules and HR is notified once they complete the training.

Inconvénients: ** The User Interface has some room for improvement

"A Robust Yet Simple Business Intranet on Office 365"

Commentaires: Document and project management were our pain-points. In one of the virus attacks, we lost our important documents and the application that we were using at that time was not able to retrieve them for us. The robust document management of BizPortals 365 is the feature we love most. Now, we can house all our documents in once place, assign access rights and collaborate easily in a secured environment. The Project Management module helps us monitor the overall project progress and look at the details at the same time.

Avantages: We have been using BizPortals 365 for quite some time and its robust document management and easy task management are life saver. The best thing about this app is its easy learning curver. Not only we can now collaborate easily on all documents but they are parked in a safe place as well. The ability to easily see the different versions of the document is a plus point too. We work on multiple projects and it is important for us to manage the related tasks and complete them in a timely manner. The project management feature is quite useful and the views we get via Gantt charts and Kanban boards quickly give the view required to see the overall progress. It helps us save lot of time during meetings. Most importantly, as we are on Office 365, its quick integration with BizPortals 365 helped us save time and money! Other useful features for our team members:
- Content library
- eForms that helped us replace lot of paper work in the office
- All HR information available centrally
- Easily organized company structure into department and sites
- Powerful search and ability to save search criteria
- Reporting and analytics
- Chat, email, phone, video conferencing etc.

Inconvénients: We use other tools to manage different parts of businesses. So, it would be helpful if they start providing integration with 3rd party tools we well. Also, as of now the app is responsive, but a separate mobile app will make things absolutely fantastic.

"Our employees love it and that’s visible "

Commentaires: -It has quickly become a crucial tool in our organization, and we depend on it to communicate and get work done.
-The usage of email and other tools have gone down dramatically. Employees can easily and quickly find information and everything else they need to complete their tasks and be productive.

Avantages: We started using BizPortals 365 a few months back and it is working like a charm! Our employees love it and are engaging with it daily. It was implemented in our Office 365 environment within a matter of few weeks and the consulting team was very professional. They worked well with us, responded to our queries and addressed our problems in a timely manner. +Easy for users of all skill levels to get started and be productive within a short time.
+ Simple, consistent navigation and custom branding across the board.
+Unique additional features as a part of the package like Kanban boards, Gantt charts, digital forms and workflow automation, HR and employee management system etc.
+Customizable menus, layouts, themes, etc.

Inconvénients: -Since most of its features are pre-built, there is limited room for customization. However, the company offers integration and customization services for a nominal fee.

"A solid intranet solution for growing businesses. "

Commentaires: - central place for my employees and their work
- keeps us and our business more organized, connected, and informed
- no worry about information getting lost because it is on the cloud

Avantages: - extensive and useful functionality beyond the typical intranet - project management, forms, etc. We got rid of our previous document management solution and are using BizPortals 365 as a solution for many different areas
- quick setup - it is a turnkey product (we had some customization done), but our intranet was up and running in one week!
- cost - very affordable especially for the value that you get
- support and customer service - the team there is great and are always accessible and can do anything that you may need. Very flexible and resourceful.

Inconvénients: - UI - the UI is good, but can be better. They do update frequently so they are always improving the product.
- Office 365 based. Luckily we are on Office 365 and SharePoint. If not, I don't think they can accommodate us, but I am not 100% sure.

"Good tool for providing overview on Biztalk interfaces"

Commentaires: Very positive. This helps the application team to keep a check on Biztalk interfaces and spares the admins to do more productive work.

Avantages: This tool made it possible for various application team to keep an eye on the Biztalk interfaces. Hence reducing dependency on Biztalk admins and sparing them for more productive work.

Inconvénients: To be honest no complains so far. Perhaps, more controls providing easy processing of failed records would be good to have. But not sure if this is already available or not.
